Թուրքիան C–400 համակարգեր կտեղակայի Հայաստանի հետ սահմանին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Անկարան պատրաստ է 2,5 մլրդ դոլար վճարել ռուսական С–400 զենիթահրթիռային համակարգեր ձեռք բերելու համար: Այս մասին հայտնել է Bloomberg գործակալությունը՝ գաղտնիությունը պահելու պայմանով հղում անելով թուրք բարձրաստիճան մի պաշտոնյայի:
 
Ըստ այդ պաշտոնյայի՝ հաջորդ տարի Անկարան նախատեսում է Ռուսաստանից ձեռք բերել С–400–ի երկու մարտկոց: Եվս երկու մարտկոց նախատեսվում է ռուս–թուրքական համատեղ ուժերով կառուցել արդեն Թուրքիայում:
 
Ըստ գործակալության՝ «Рособоронэкспорт»–ի ներկայացուցիչը չի ցանկացել մեկնաբանել այս տեղեկատվությունը:
Երկար ժամանակ է, որ Ռուսաստանն ու Թուրքիան բանակցում են С–400 համակարգերի շուրջ: Ի դեպ, եթե մատակարարումն իսկապես իրականանա, ապա Թուրքիան կլինի առաջին երկիրը, որին Ռուսաստանը կվաճառի այդ համալիրները:
 
Մինչ այժմ այդ գործարքը տեղի չի ունեցել նաև ՆԱՏՕ–ի դիրքորոշման պատճառով: Իսկ ռուսական կողմը երբևէ խոչընդոտ չի համարել այն հանգամանքը, որ Թուրքիան ՆԱՏՕ–ի անդամ է: ՆԱՏՕ–ին իր անդամակցությունը խոչընդոտ չի համարում նաև թուրքական կողմը: ՌԴ–ում Թուրքիայի դեսպան Հուսեյն Դիրիոզը հայտարարել է, որ ՆԱՏՕ–ին իր երկրի անդամակցությունը չի խոչընդոտում բազմավեկտոր արտաքին քաղաքականություն իրականացնելուն, այդ թվում՝ С–400 համակարգեր ձեռք բերելուն:
 
Թեև ռուսական համակարգերը համատեղելի չեն ՆԱՏՕ–ի սպառազինությունների հետ, սակայն Թուրքիան ծրագրում է դրանք տեղակայել այն տարածաշրջաններում, որտեղ գործում են դաշինքի ղեկավարության կողմից սահմանված սահմանափակումներ՝ Հայաստանի, Հունաստանի հետ սահմաններին և Էգեյան ծովի մոտ: Համակարգերը չեն ունենալու նաև «յուրային–օտար» ճանաչման համակարգ, ինչը թույլ է տալու դրանք կիրառել ցանկացած թիրախի դեմ:
 
Ի դեպ, շատ փորձագետներ համարում են, որ գործարքի շուրջ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը վկայում է այն մասին, որ ՆԱՏՕ–Թուրքիա հարաբերություններն ամենալավ վիճակում չեն: Արդեն բավականին երկար ժամանակ է՝ դրանք լարված են: Թուրքական կողմից ավելի ու ավելի հաճախ են խոսակցություններ լսվում այն մասին, որ Թուրքիան պետք է լքի դաշինքը: ՆԱՏՕ–ի ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց ավելի զուսպ են պահում, բայց երկու կողմն էլ միմյանց նկատմամբ բազմաթիվ դժգոհություններ ունեն:
 
Իսկ թե С–400 համակարգերի ձեռքբերումն ինչպես կանդրադառնա դաշինքի ու անդամ պետությունների հետ Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունների վրա, կերևա առաջիկայում, երբ կստացվեն ՆԱՏՕ–ի առաջին արձագանքները:
