Օրենքը մեղմ է, աղանդագետներ էլ չունենք

Պարզվում է` Ռուսաստանում որոշ կրոնական կառույցների գործունեությունը արգելելուց հետո, սկսվել է աղանդավորական կազմակերպությունների կենտրոնական գրասենյակների «հոսքը» դեպի Հայաստան, որն իրենց վրա են վերցրել այլ երկրների դիվանագիտական կորպուսների ներկայացուցիչները:
Ի դեպ, «Քայքայիչ աղանդներից տուժածների օգնության և վերականգնողական կենտրոնի» տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Ամարյանի տվյալներով` «Եհովայի վկաներ» կազմակերպության հետևորդները 12000 են, իսկ աղանդավորների ընդհանուր թիվը Հայաստանում կազմում է 250000:
Հայաստանում, օգոստոս–սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին անցկացվելու է միջազգային կոնգրես: Ի դեպ, այդ կոնգրես ասվածը երկու՝ պաշտոնական և ոչ պաշտոնական «բաժիններից» է կազմված: Դա նշանակում է, որ ոչ պաշտոնականը գաղտնի ու փակ մասն է, որին, ըստ Ա. Ամարյանի, հիմնականում ղեկավար կազմից բացի ուրիշ որևէ մեկը չի մասնակցում: Եվ դեռ դա էլ բավարար չէ, հիմա էլ պարզվում է, որ նույն այդ «Եհովայի վկաները» ոչ միայն բացահայտ քարոզ են իրականացնում, այլև սեռական բովանդակությամբ գրքույկներ բաժանում անչափահասներին:
«Միջազգային հումանիտար զարգացման» ՀԿ նախագահ Արման Ղուկասյանն ու փոխնախագահ Ծովինար Կոստանյանը Երևանի փողոցներում արձանագրել են, որ «Եհովայի վկաները» քաղաքի կենտրոնում և այլուր անչափահասներին փորձում են «տեղեկացնել», թե օրինակ, ինչ է ձեռնաշարժությունը:
Ըստ դիտարկումների՝ «Եհովայի վկաներն» իրենց քարոզչությունն իրականացնում են այնպիսի վայրերում, որտեղ կան հիվանդանոցներ, դպրոցներ, ոստիկանական բաժանմունքներ: Սրանք այն վայրերն են, որտեղից մարդը դուրս է գալիս նյարդայնացած ու նեղսրտած, և շատ հեշտ է նրանց հոգեորսության զոհ դարձնել:
Մասնագետների կարծիքով` Հայաստանի օրենսդրությունը շատ մեղմ է, և պետք է ոչ միայն նոր օրենք ընդունել, այլ՝ աղանդագետներ պատրաստել:
