ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է.
Ս.թ հոկտեմբերի 16-ին ադրբեջանական www.faktxeber.com ինտերնետային լրատվամիջոցը հրապարակել է հերթական կիսագրագետ ու անհաջող սադրիչ տեղեկատվությունը: Ադրբեջանի հակահայկական քարոզչությունն այս անգամ «սենսացիոն» տեղեկատվական արտահոսք է կազմակերպել' իբրև հայթայթել ու հրապարակել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն գեներալ-գնդապետ Գ. Հակոբյանի պաշտոնական գրությունը՝ ուղղված ԼՂՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Ա. Ղարամյանին:
Շինծու նամակի թռուցիկ ուսումնասիրությունն անգամ ի ցույց է դնում հեղինակների տկարամտությունն ու անգրագիտությունը: Նախ՝ ԼՂՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրենին ուղղված պաշտոնական գրությունում չպետք է օգտագործվի «ԼՂՀ ԱԱԾ պետ» սխալ ձևակերպումը (ճիշտը՝ ԼՂՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն):
Բազմաթիվ ուղղագրական, շարահյուսական սխալներով և ժամանակային անհամապատասխանություններով նամակում մասնավորապես նշվում է, թե հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի երկայնքով հրադադարի ռեժիմի բազմաթիվ խախտումները, զինծառայողների շրջանում զոհերը, խաղաղ բնակչության և քաղաքացիական շինությունների ռմբակոծությունը խուճապ են առաջացրել, ինչի հետևանքով սահմանամերձ գյուղերի բնակիչները լքում են բնակավայրերը: Հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված անառողջ իրավիճակը՝ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրենն իբրև «հրամայում է» ԼՂՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրենին բնակչության շրջանում բացատրական աշխատանքներ տանել և խուճապ հրահրողներին պատասխանատվության ենթարկել:
ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար պարզ է, որ ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենայի հրապարակած տվյալները խուճապի կամ արտագաղթի մասին չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը, այլ հակառակը' հակառակորդի վերջին ագրեսիվ դրսևորումներն ավելի են համախմբել մեր քաղաքացիներին և հաստատակամ դարձրել սեփական երկիրը պաշտպանելու ձգտումը:
Հեղինակելով նման նամակ՝ ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենան ցանկալին իրականության հետ է շփոթել և իր իսկ քաղաքացիներին թյուրիմացության մեջ գցել: Փորձելով հպարտանալ, որ կարողանում են հակառակորդ երկրների հատուկ ծառայությունների գրագրությունը ձեռք գցել և հրապարակել' չեն կարողացել անգամ առանց տառասխալների գրել տեքստը, որպեսզի ընթերցողը չկասկածի նամակի իսկության մեջ: Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայությունը չունի հնարավորություն գտնել մեկին, որը լիարժեք տիրապետում է հայերեն լեզվին: Իսկ այն որ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրենը հրամայում է անկախ պետության հատուկ ծառայության ղեկավարին, դա արդեն անհեթեթություն է:
Խստագույնս դատապարտելով նման գործելաոճը՝ ադրբեջանցի աճպարարներին խորհուրդ ենք տալիս ակնհայտ ստահոդ և անգրագետ գրելաոճով տեղեկատվություն հրապարակելիս դիմել այլ oտար լեզուների օգնությանը, իսկ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ ենք անում զգոնություն ցուցաբերել ադրբեջանական կայքերում հանդիպող նմանատիպ սադրանքների նկատմամբ:
