ԼՂ հարցի լուծումը եթե չեն գտնի ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահները, ապա դա կարող է իրականացնել հարևան Իրանը. Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցը:
«Բոլորը պատրաստվում են նոր խոշոր զարգացումների տարածաշրջանում, բացի մեր իշխանություններից»,- ասաց նա և նշեց, թե սակարկությունների դաշտ է բացվել:
Ըստ Շաքարյանցի՝ Չինաստան-Իրան-ՌԴ համագործակցության նոր վեկտոր է բացվում և այստեղ ՀՀ-ի կողմնորոշումը կարևոր է, մասնավորապես Չինաստանի Մետաքսի ճանապարհ նախագծի շրջանակներում:
Նա մատնացույց արեց մյուս կարևոր նախագիծը՝ «Մեկ նավահանգիստ, մեկ ճանապարհ», որը նրա խոսքով՝ նույն տնտեսական գոտու մետաքսյա ճանապարհի ծովային տարբերակն է և որի համար կառուցվում է արտասահմանյան բազաներ:
Մյուս կողմից Շաքարյանցի խոսքով՝ Սիրիայի հարցում հակամարտության մյուս կողմերը՝ ԱՄՆ, Ֆրանսիա, իրենց պարտությունը, ըստ էության, խոստովանում են՝ ասելով, թե Ասադի հեռացում չեն պահանջում:
Միաժամանակ նա հավելեց, որ մյուս վեկտոր համարվող Իսրայելի կողմից հետաքրքրություն կա հայերի և Հայաստանի նկատմամբ և գլխավոր շեշտադրումը Վրաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ է, և այստեղ էլ Իրանն իր հերթին է հուշում Հայաստանին կողմնորոշվել այց հարցում:
«Հայտնի քաղաքական գործիչ Ալի Լարիջանից նախազգուշացում եղավ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, ով այն մարդկանցից է, որ միշտ խաղի մեջ է լինում: Հունիսի 27-ին Սեուլ քաղաքում, կայացավ Եվրասիական երկրների խորհրդարանների խոսնակների գագաթնաժողով, Բաբլոյանին նախազգուշացվում է՝ Իսրայելի միջամտությունը Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությանը կբերի վատ հետևանքների: Իսկ ինչո՞ւ է Իրանը զգուշացնում Հայաստանին և ոչ Ադրբեջանին, մտածելու տեղիք է, մինչդեռ արի ու տես, Հայաստանը կողքի հարևանից ոչինչ տեղյակ չէ»,-ասաց նա:
