Իսկանդեր» համակարգի հրթիռներին խոցելը, մեղմ ասած, անհնար է որևէ ադրբեջանական համալիրով: «Panorama.am»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նշեց Պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը՝ անդարդառնալով Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովի հայտարարությանը, մասնավորապես ՝ այն պնդմանը, որ իրենք ունեն հակամիջոց, որով կարող են խոցել հայկական «Իսկանդեր» համակարգերը և որ դրանք մոդելավորել են և ստացել դրական արդյունքներ: 

«Զաքիր Հասանովը աչքի է ընկնում դասակի հրամանատարից էլ ցածր մակարդակի գիտելիքներով, ինչը դրսևորել է բազմիցս: Այստեղ ևս պարոն Հասանովը հեռու չի գնացել: «Իսկանդեր» համակարգի հրթիռներին խոցելը մեղմ ասած անհնար է որևէ ադրբեջանական համալիրով: Ադրբեջանի սպառազինության մեջ կա իսրայելական «Բարակ» ԶՀՀ, որը նրանք ցուցադրել են, խոսք էր գնում նաև ավելի թույլ համալիրների` «Երկաթե Գմբեթ»-ի ձեռքբերման մասին: Այս համալիրներից որևէ մեկը ի վիճակի չէ խոցել «Իսկանդեր»-ի հրթիռին»,- նշեց խոսնակն ու զարմանալի համարեց, որ աշխարհի ամենակատարյալ հակահրթիռային` «Ստանդարտ», «ԹՀԱԱԴ», «Փետրիոտ» համալիներ ունեցող ամերիկյան բանակի ներկայացուցիչները, տասնյակ մոդելավորումներ անցելուց հետո էլ վստահորեն չեն խոսում Իսկանդերիներին խոցելու մասին:

«Նրանք անթաքույց նշում են, այս զինատեսակի մեծ վտանգի և գրեթե անխոցելիության մասին, իսկ Հասանովի համար այս հրթիռը արդեն հաղթահարված է: Մյուս կողմից որևէ զարմանալու բան չկա մի մարդու համար, ով չափազանց ցածր մասնագիտական գիտելիքներ ունի և աչքի է ընկնում դատարկախոսությամբ»,- նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը:
