Հնարավոր է՝ զարմանաք, բայց ձմերուկը՝ ամռանը բոլորի սիրելի հյութալի հատապտուղը, համեղ լինելու հետ մեկտեղ նաև օգտակար է։ Ճիշտ է, այն քաղցր է, բայց դրանում կալորիաները շատ քիչ են, իսկ ջրային մեծ զանգվածը հագեցնում ու թարմացնում է՝ առանց նպաստելու գիրանալուն։
