Ադրբեջանցի լրագրող Աֆգան Մուխտարլիի ձերբակալման գործում՝Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնական տեսանկյունը խստորեն տարբերվում է Մուխթարլիի փաստաբանի ներկայացրած տեղեկությունից: Արդյո՞ք լրագրողն ու քաղաքական ակտիվիստը ինքնուրույն է հատել վրաց-ադրբեջանական սահմանը:
Ըստ «Human Rights Watch» մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան միջազգային կազմակերպության, մեկ ամիս առաջ ադրբեջանցի լրագրող և քաղաքական ակտիվիստ Աֆգան Մուխթարլին պարզապես անհետացել է Վրաստանի մայրաքաղաք Թբիլիսիից: Լրագրողը Ադրբեջանից հարյուրավոր կիլոմետրեր այն կողմ է բնակվել 2015 թվականից ի վեր և իր անհետացման օրը զանգահարել է կնոջը և ասել, որ հաց է գնել և տուն է գնում:
Սակայն այդպես էլ տուն չի հասել: Կազմակերպության տվյալներով, դրանից մոտ 24 ժամ հետո նա հայտնվել է վրաց-ադրբեջանական սահմանին, որտեղ վերջինիս մեղադրել են անօրինական կերպով սահմանը հատելու, մաքսանենգության և իշխանություններին դիմակայելու մեջ: «Ամերիկայի Ձայն»-ի վրացական ծառայության լրագրողի հետ հարցազրույցում ԱՄՆ-ում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Էլին Սուլեյմանովը պարզաբանել է Մուխթարլիի ձերբակալման շուրջ Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնական տեսանկյունը: Նա ասում է,- «Չեմ կարծում, թե պարոն Մուխթարլիին կարելի է լրագրող կոչել, ես տեղյակ չեմ նրա լրագրողական գործունեությունից:
Ադրբեջանի սահմանային ծառայությունը ձերբակալել է Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացուն՝ Վրաստանից Ադրբեջան սահմանը անօրինական կերպով հատելու համար: Մեր կարգի համաձայն, նրան ձերբակալել են հետաքննության և նրա կողմից անօրինական կերպով սահմանը հատելու պատճառը պարզելու նպատակով:
Մենք տեղյակ չենք, թե կոնկրետ ինչ է պատահել Վրաստանի կողմում, սակայն գիտենք, որ մեր սահմանը հատվել է անօրինական կերպով, առանց սահմանապահներին զգուշացնելու: Դա է իրողությունը»: Սակայն լրագրողը իր փաստաբանին ասել է, թե վրացական ոստիկանական համազգեստով, վրացերեն խոսող ինչ որ մեկը Թբիլիսիում իր տան մոտ իրեն կանգնեցրել է, գլխին պարկ քաշել, հրել ավտոմեքենայի մեջ և ողջ ճանապարհի ընթացքում հարվածել իրեն:
