Բեռլինի բուսաբանական այգուն հետաքրքրել է Հայաստանի վայրի տանձերի բազմազանությունը

Հայաստանի Գիտությունների ակադեմիայի բուսաբանության ինստիտուտն ու Բեռլինի բուսաբանական այգին ուսումնասիրում են Հայաստանի վայրի տանձերի տեսակները։ Կենսաբանական գիտությունների դոկտոր, ինստիտուտի առաջատար գիտաշխատող Ժաննա Հակոբյանը NEWS.am-ի թղթակցին հայտնել է, որ ծրագիրը նախատեսված է 2015-2018 թթ․ համար։
Կովկասյան տարածաշրջանը, մասնավորապես Հայաստանը, վայրի տանձերի պոպուլյացիայի համաշխարհային կենտրոններից մեկն է, այդ տանձերի 60 հայտնի տեսակներից տարբեր ժամանակներում այստեղ գտել են մոտ 35-ը։ Դրանց տերեւների բոլորովին տարբեր ձեւեր ունեն ։ Որոշ տեսակների նույն ծառի վրա տարբեր ձեւերի տերեւներ են աճում։ Պտուղները նույնպես տարբեր չափերի են։
Հայ գիտնականները հավաքում են տանձերի տեսակները հանրապետության բոլոր մարզերից ու տնկում Երեւանի Բուսաբանական այգում, որպեսզի տեղում հետազոտել դրանց կառուցվածքը (տերեւ ների ու մյուս մասերի մորֆոլոգիան)։ Իսկ գերմանացիները, ունենալով անհրաժեշտ սարքավորումներ, վերլուծում են այդ ծառերի ԴՆԹ-ն։
Համատեղ աշխատանքը կօգնի ստուգել վայրի տանձերի դասակարգումը, նաեւ դրանց էվոլյուցիան, քանի որ դրանց տարբեր տեսակներ բավականին հեշտ են խաչասերվում իրար հետ ո ւ փոխում իրենց գենետիկան։ Իսկ Հայաստանում առանձին տեսակները ավելի արագ են հայտնվում։ Նախ՝ ռելիեֆի խոչընդոտների պատճառով։ Երկրորդ, որովհետեւ տեղի բնակչությունը դեռ հին ժամանակներից բուծել է պտուղների տեղական տեսակներ։ Դրանց սերմերը հայտնվում էին բնության մեջ ու «եփվում» գենոֆոնդի ընդհանուր «տանձի կոմպոտում»։ Այդ տեղանքային առանձնահատկությունների պատճառով Հայաստանում աճող ավելի քան մեկ տասնյակ վայրի տանձերը էնդեմիկներ են, այսինքն միայն այստեղ են հանդիպում։
