Մեկնարկել է «Հայկական հոգեբանության ակադեմիայի» կողմից կազմակերպված «ՍՊՈՐՏԻ ԱՐԴԻ ՀԻՄՆԱԽՆԴԻՐՆԵՐԸ» գիտագործնական դասնթացը, որը ուղղված է «ՄԱՐԶԻՉՆԵՐԻ ՀՈԳԵԲԱՆԱԿԱՆ ԱՍՊԵԿՏՆԵՐԻ ԿԱՏԱՐԵԼԱԳՈՐԾՄԱՆԸ»:
Սեմինարի բացմանը ներկա է գտնվել ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Գաբրիել Ղազարյանը, ով խոսել է սպորտային հոգեբանի ինստիտուտի ներդրման կարևորության մասին և նշել, որ մարզիչների համար կազմակերպվող նմանատիպ սեմինարները շատ օգտակար կլինեն և կօգնեն մարզիկներին հաղթահարել ֆիզիկական և հոգեբանական դժվարությունները:
Ինչպես նշեց սեմինարի կազմակերպիչ «Հայկական հոգեբանության ակադեմիայի» գործադիր տնօրեն Բարեղամ Մնացականյանը, այս սեմինարի նպատակն է կատարելագործել սպորտային հոգեբանության բնագավառում մարզիչների տեսագործնական հմտությունները: «Նախաձեռնելով այս ծրագիրը, խնդիր ենք դրել մարզիչների շրջանում լրացնելու սպորտի տեսագործնական հոգեբանության գիտելիքների այն բացը, որը կնպաստի մարզիչների գործունեության արդյունքում մարզիկների մարզական բարձր նվաճումների ավելացմանը»:
Նշենք նաև ծրագիրը կրելու է շարունակական բնույթ՝ եկող ուսումնական տարվա սկզբից նախատեսվում է վերապատրաստման կուրսեր մարզիչների և հագեբանների համար:
Դասընթացին ներկա էին ՀՀ -ում գործող 42 մարզական ֆեդերացիաների հավաքականների շուրջ 100 մարզիչներ, ինչպես նաև «Հայաստանի ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի և սպորտի պետական ինստիտուտի» պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմը:
Ծրագրիը իրականացվել է ԵԳԱԾ-ի և ՀՀ Սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարության աջակցությամբ:
