Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելը հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների ամենացավալի կողմն է: Այս մասին «Արմենիա» հեռուստաընկերության «Ռ-Էվոլուցիա» հաղորդման եթերում ասել է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

«Այդ խնդիրը՝ հայ-ռուսական բարեկամության, հայ-ռուսական ռազմական համագործակցության, ընդհանրապես՝ մեր հարաբերությունների ամենացավալի կողմն է։ Այդ հարցն իմ կարծիքով ստվերում է շատ բան։ Բայց մյուս կողմից էլ՝ կան հանգամանքներ, և միգուցե այդ հանգամանքները մեզ համար ընդունելի չեն, բայց իրենց համար ընդունելի են։ Դեռևս որևէ լուրջ բան չի պատահել։ Եթե ինչ-որ մի ժամանակ լուրջ հետևանքներ լինեն, այն ժամանակ կարելի է մեղադրել։ Իսկ եթե լուրջ հետևանքներ չլինեն մենք դա պետք է համարենք որպես ռուսական կողմի երկարաժամկետ քաղաքական գործունեություն՝ տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի կայունացնելու համար»,- անդրադառնալով Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու վերաբերյալ հաղորդավարի դիտարկմանը ասել է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցությունը դադարեցնելու կամ նվազեցնելու վերաբերյալ դիտարկումներին, ապա Նախագահը նշել է, որ «դրանք ծայրահեղ վտանգավոր խոսքեր են, դրանք ծայրահեղ բարդ իրավիճակ կարող են ստեղծել»։

«Երբ ասում եք՝ վերանայենք, իսկ ո՞ւմ հետ եք ուզում, որպեսզի վերանայենք-բարելավենք․Թուրքիայի հե՞տ, թե՞ ՆԱՏՕ-ում բոլորն գրկաբաց կանգնած սպասում են, որ Հայաստանը հիմա գա այնտեղ։ Թե՞ ուղղակի բոլորի հետ մենք թշնամանում ենք, կամ բոլորին ասում ենք՝ դուք Ադրբեջանին օգնում եք, և մենք մենակ ելնում ենք ամբողջ աշխարհի դեմ»,-հավելեց ՀՀ Նախագահը։

Նա շեշտեց, որ Հայաստանը վարում է համաչափ արտաքին քաղաքականություն՝ ունենալով մերձավոր դաշնակիցներ ու նաև համագործակցելով գործընկերների հետ։

Նախագահ Սարգսյանը անդրադարձել է նաև ՀԱՊԿ-ի հայտարարություններին` նշելով, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը երբևէ հայտարարություն չի արել, որը կարող է հակասել Հայաստանի շահերին:

«ՀԱՊԿ-ը և նրա գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան անձամբ մշտապես արձագանքել է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին և արձագանքել է շատ կոշտ: Ակնհայտ է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն ավելի պասիվ դերակատարություն պետք է ունենա շփման գծի հետ կապված իրադարձությունները  մեկնաբանելիս, որովհետև, այնուհանդերձ, նրանք ունեն դիրքորոշում, որ այնտեղ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի զինված ուժերն են, պաշտպանական բանակն է և ոչ թե հայկական բանակը»,- ասել է Սերժ Սարգսյանն` արձագանքելով հաղորդավարի այն դիտարկմանը, թե թյուրընկալում կա, որ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրներն ունեն որոշակի սերտ հարաբերություններ Ադրբեջանի հետ և ոչ միշտ են արձագանքում հակառակորդի կողմից ձեռնարկվող սադրանքներին:

Նախագահի գնահատմամբ, որպեսզի ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործողությունների մասին կարողանանք ամբողջական պատկերացում ունենալ պետք է ուսումնասիրենք ՀԱՊԿ-ի կողմից ընդունված փաստաթղթերը, հայտարարությունները:

«Անցյալ տարի Երևանում ունեցանք ՀԱՊԿ-ի գագաթաժողով, խնդրում եմ, վերցրեք և նայեք, թե ինչպիսիս բանաձև է ընդունել այդ գագաթաժողովը: Էմոցիոնալ կողմը շատ կարևոր է: Ես շատ լավ դա հասկանում եմ, բայց կարևորը էությունն է: Իր էության մեջ ՀԱՊԿ-ը երբևէ հայտարարություն չի արել, որը կարող է հակասել Հայաստանի շահերին»,-նշել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
