ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ ՄԱԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի նիստերի դահլիճում տեղի է ունեցել  «Էկոլոգիական կրթության, դաստիարակության զարգացման  ռազմավարության կառուցվածքի» նախնական տարբերակի հանրային քննարկումը: Քննարկմանը մասնակցել են շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների, Հայաստանի առաջատար ԲՈՒՀ-­երի, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, Հայաստանում միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ և փորձագետներ: Էկոլոգիական կրթության, դաստիարակության զարգացման ռազմավարության ընդունումը պայմանավորված է էկոլոգիական կրթության համակարգի կատարելագործման անհրաժեշտությամբ և այն ընդգրկվել է ՀՀ կառավարության 2017թ. գործունեության միջոցառումների ծրագրի և գերակա խնդիրների մեջ:

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Ա. Վարդանյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ներկաներին քննարկման հրավերն ընդունելու համար, ներկայացրել է ռազմավարության կառուցվածքի նախնական տարբերակը, մշակվելիք միջոցառումների հիմնական սկզբունքները և թիրախները: Ա. Վարդանյանը պատասխանել է միջոցառման մասնակիցների հարցերին, ինչից հետո ծավալվել է շահագրգիռ քննարկում: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Քննարկման մասնակիցները ներկայացրել են իրենց առաջարկները, որոնց զգալի մասը հաշվի կառնվի Էկոլոգիական կրթության, դաստիարակության զարգացման ռազմավարության կառուցվածքի և  բուն ռազմավարության մշակման գործընթացում: Հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները և փորձագետները հատկապես կարևորել են էկոկրթական խնդիրների լուծման գործընթացում ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության և բնապահպանության նախարարությունների արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը:

Քննարկման մասնակիցներն առաջարկել են ռազմավարության մշակման ընթացքում պարբերաբար կազմակերպել նման քննարկումներ: ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության պատասխանատուները հավաստիացրել են, որ Օրենքի նախագիծը մշակվում է Օրհուսի կոնվենցիայի և ՀՀ օրենսդրության պահանջներին համապատասխան և մշակված փաստաթուղթը կդրվի հանրային քննարկման:
