LIFEՀնդկաստանի Չեննայ քաղաքի բնակիչ 54-ամյա Աբդուլ Ազիզը բավականին արտասովոր աշխատանք ունի: Ինչպես ներկայացնում է Oddity Central-ը, նա երեք տասնամյակ շարունակ աշխատել է որպես կենդանի արձան` օրական 6 ժամ անշարժ կանգնելով և դիմադրելով մարդկանց սադրանքներին, որոնք փորձում են ամեն կերպ ստիպել նրան շարժվել, ժպտալ կամ շարժել դեմքը: Սակայն ոչ ոքի չի հաջողվել ստիպել նրան կենդանության նշաններ ցույց տալ: Տղամարդը, որը հայտնի է որպես «Հնդկաստանի մարդ-արձանը», իր ամենօրյա պարտականությունները կատարում է 1985 թվականից ի վեր, երբ աշխատանքի է անցել Չեննայի Golden Beach Resort կենտրոնում որպես անվտանգության աշխատակից: Նրա տնօրենը, դրանից առաջ լինելով Մեծ Բրիտանիայում, հիացել էր արքայական պահակախմբի անդամներով, որոնք արձանի պես կանգնում և չէին արժվում: Նա ցանկացել է նմանատիպ աշխատակից ունենալ իր հայրենի քաղաքում: Բոլորից լավ ունակություններ ցույց է տվել Աբդուլը և դարձել կենտրոնի արձան-պահակը: Կենտրոնի ղեկավարությունն անգամ 10 000 ռուպի ($155) պարգևավճար է սահմանել յուրաքանչյուրի համար, ով կստիպի նրան շարժվել, սակայն մինչ օրս դա ոչ ոքի չի հաջողվել:
