Լևոն Մկրտչյանը սփյուռքի ուսուցիչներին առաջարկեց ստեղծել սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչների ասոցիացիա

Հայաստանի ԿԳ նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը Հայաստանում սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման ծրագրի մասնակիցներին առաջարկեց միավորվել և ստեղծել սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչների ասոցիացիա: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հուլիսի 17-ին ծրագրի մասնակիցների հետ կայացած հանդիպմանը նախարարը նախ ուսուցիչներին ներկայացրեց Հայաստանի կրթության ոլորտում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխություններին, լսեց նաև նրանց առաջարկներն ու դիտարկումները:
«Յուրաքանչյուր ամառ մենք կազմակերպում ենք սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ:Տարեցտարի աշխարհագրությունն ընդլայնվում է: Ծրագիրը բավականին հեռանկարային է: Շատ կարևոր է հատկապես, որ մենք կարողանանք գտնել բանաձև՝ ճիշտ ուղղու վրա դնել համայնքային այն դպրոցներին, որոնք աշխատում են կիրակնօրյա ռեժիմով»,-ասաց ԿԳ նախարարը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ յուրաքանչյուր համայնք յուրահատուկ է, եթե Ռուսաստանում աշխատում են այնտեղ գնացած երկրորդ սերնդի հայերի հետ, ապա Հարավային Ամերիկայում 4-րդ և 5-րդ սերնդի երեխաների հետ են աշխատում ուսուցիչները: Եթե Միջին Արևելքում կան որոշակի ավանդույթներ, ապա Ռուսաստանում չկան: «Այդ պատճառով ճիշտ չի լինի կազմել սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչների մեկ միասնական ընդհանուր ծրագիր: Պետք է կարողանանք յուրաքանչյուր համայնքի խնդրի լուծում տալ անհատապես: Օրինակ՝ պետք է կարողանանք հայերենը գոնե իբրև օտար լեզու դասավանդել Հարավային Ամերիկայի երկրներում»,-ասաց Լևոն Մկրտչյանը:
Նախարարը նախ լսեց սփյուռքի ուսուցիչների կարծիքներն ու առաջարկությունները՝ հասկանալու, թե համայնքներում ինչ խնդիրներ կան:
Սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչ Թամարա Մաթևոսյանը նշեց, որ այս տարի չափազանց գոհ են վերապատրաստման դասընթացներից և առաջարկեց ստեղծել սփյուռքահայ ուսուցչի օգնություն բաժին, որպեսզի էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով մատուցեն և ստանան գիտելիքներ՝ համախմբելու ամբողջ սփյուռքի հայ ուսուցիչներին:
«Կրթական տեխնոլոգիաների ազգային կենտրոնում մինչ հոկտեմբեր կստեղծենք օնլայն մի բաց հարթակ, որտեղ բոլոր ուսուցիչները կկարողանան իրենց առաջարկություններով և դիտողություններով կիսվել: Այդպիսով մենք կիմանանք յուրաքանչյուր դպրոցի խնդիր: Եթե կարողանանք երկու տարում ձևավորել քարտեզը և հասկանալ բոլոր հաստատությունների խնդիրները, դրական արդյունք կարձանագրենք»,-ասաց նախարարը:
Նախարարն ուսուցիչներին առաջարկեց նաև ստեղծել սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչների ասոցիացիա՝ միմյանց հետ կապը պահելու համար: Խոստացավ տրամադրել հարթակ , հնարավորություններ՝ աշխատելու իրար հետ, դպրոցների վատ կահավորման դեպքում դպրոցներն ապահովել էլեկտրոնային հաղորդակցության հնարավորություններով:
