Փորձագետը հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհի կառուցումը տնտեսական զարգացման կարևոր խնդիրներից մեկն է համարում

Հյուսիս- հարավ ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհի կառուցումը Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման ամենակարևոր խնդիրներից մեկն է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` հուլիսի 17-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց բեռնափոխադրումների և զբոսաշրջության ոլորտի փորձագետ Մակար Առաքելյանը: Նրա կարծիքով` Հայաստանը տարանցիկ երկիր դառնալու համար մեծ ներուժ ունի, որը կարող է տնտեսական զարգացման լուրջ խթան հանդիսանալ:
«Հայաստանի յուրաքանչյուր ճանապարհ երկրի զարգացման երակն է: Դա կարող է զարգացնել ենթակառուցվածքները, ներդրումային միջավայրը և զբոսաշրջությունը»,- ասաց Առաքելյանը և հավելեց, որ Հայաստանի ճանապարհներից կարող են օգտվել բազմաթիվ երկրներ:
«Ներկայումս շատ ընկերություններ փնտրում են էժան և արագ տարանցման ճանապարհներ և Հայաստանը կարող է լինել այդ երկրներից մեկը»,- ընդգծեց Առաքելյանը:
Փորձագետը նշեց, որ բավականին դյուրացվել են ապրանքների տրասնպորտային փոխադրումները դեպի ԵԱՏՄ երկրներ, և ճանապարհներին որևէ խնդիրը չի առաջանում:
Նա շատ կարևոր է համարում նաև ԵՄ-ի հետ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացումը:
«Հայաստանը պետք է ակտիվ օգտագործի GSP+ համակարգը: Հայաստանից դեպի Եվրոպական Միություն ապրանք արտահանելիս 9 միլիոն եվրո մաքսատուրք չի վճարվել: Բացի այդ, հունվարի 1-ից Հայաստանում գործելու է REX համակարգը` այն ընկերությունները, որոնք նախօրոք գրանցվում են այդ համակարգում, կարող են յուրաքանչյուր անգամ մինչև 6 հազար եվրո արժողությամբ խմբաքանակ ապրանք արտահանել դեպի Եվրոպա»,- եզրափակեց Առաքելյանը:
