ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ վրաերթի ենթարկված 78-ամյա տղամարդը մահացել է ոչ թե վրաերթի հետևանքով ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից, այլ՝ թոքաբորբից:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունից։
2016թ. նոյեմբերի 3-ին Գյումրիի բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ «գանգուղեղի փակ վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Գյումրի քաղաքի 1939թ. ծնված բնակիչը, ով հայտնել է, որ նշված վնասվածքն ստացել է նույն օրը՝ վրաերթի ենթարկվելու հետևանքով: Օրեր անց՝ նոյեմբերի 10-ին, տղամարդը բժշկական կենտրոնի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում մահացել է:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ տղամարդու վրաերթի ենթարկվելու հանգամանքները, մահվան պատճառները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Ստացված դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացության համաձայն՝ վթարի հետևանքով ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքները տուժողի՝ 1939թ. ծնված տղամարդու մահվան անմիջական պատճառի հետ պատճառական կապի մեջ չեն գտնվում. տարեց տղամարդը մահացել է օրգանիզմի ընդհանուր ինտոքսիկացիայի հետևանքով, որն էլ հետևանք է երկկողմանի կանգային թոքաբորբի, որով տառապել է հանգուցյալը մինչ մահը։
Այսինքն՝ քրեական գործով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ 78-ամյա տղամարդը, բժշկական կենտրոնում գտնվելով ստացիոնար բուժման մեջ, մահացել է երկկողմային կանգային թոքաբորբի հետևանքով։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա որոշում է կայացվել ՀՀ ՔԿ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցել նոր քրեական գործ ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և այն առանձնացնել առանձին վարույթում
