Հանցագործությունների թիվը նվազել է

Կառավարությանն առընթեր Ոստիկանության ամփոփ տեղեկատվության մեջ ըստ առանձին հանցատեսակների խմբերի գրանցված հանցագործությունների դեպքերի մասին 2017 թ. հունվար–մայիսի տվյալներից տեղեկանում ենք, որ այս տարվա առաջին կեսում ընդհանուր առմամբ գրանցվել է 7946 հանցագործություն, ինչը 162–ով պակաս է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում գրանցված հանցագործությունների թվից: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության՝ 2017 թ. հունվար–մայիս ամիսներին վերաբերող սոցիալ–տնտեսական վիճակը բնութագրող հրապարակումից:
 
Վերևում արդեն նշեցինք, որ այս տարի գրանցված հանցագործությունների թիվը գերազանցել է 7 հազարը, իսկ սրանից առավել շատ են հանդիպել ոչ մեծ ծանրության հանցագործությունները, այն է՝ 4108: Ուրախալին այստեղ այն է, որ առանձնապես ծանր համարվող հանցագործությունները ամենից քիչն են՝ ընդամենը 81: Ընդ որում, եթե ոչ մեծ ծանրության հանցագործությունների թիվն ավելացել էր այս տարի, ապա առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների թիվը նվազել է՝ 90–ից դառնալով 81:
 
Ուսումնասիրությունից նաև տեղեկանում ենք, որ այս տարվա առաջին 5 ամիսների ընթացքում հանցագործությունների ընդհանուր քանակից հրազենի կամ ռազմամթերքի գործադրմամբ իրականացվել է 21 հանցագործություն, նախորդ տարվա 27–ի փոխարեն:
Հանցագործությունների տեսակն ըստ հանցատեսակների բաժանում են մի քանի խմբի, որոնցից ամենից շատ թիվ են կազմել սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունները, այն է՝ 3 հազար 254, որից պետական կամ հանրային գույքի հափշտակությունների 34 դեպք է գրանցվել, տրանսպորտային միջոցներ փախցնելու 15 դեպք, իսկ մեծամասնությունը կազմել են անձնական գույքի հափշտակությունները:
 
Ինչպես հայտնի է շուտով երկրորդ սերնդի դրամները փոխարինվելու են երրորդ սերնդի՝ կոմպոզիտային թղթադրամներով, որոնք կլինեն ավելի որակյալ, ավելի երկարակյաց և կեղծումներից առավել պաշտպանված: Այս լուրը հավանաբար չի ուրախացնի փողերի կեղծմամբ հարստանալ փորձող մի շարք անձանց, ովքեր այս տարվա հունվար–մայիս ամիսներին արդեն իսկ փորձել են ավելի քան 30 անգամ կամ գումար կեղծել, կամ իրացնել դրանք: Մասնավորապես ըստ վիճակագրության՝ այդ ժամանակահատվածում կեղծ փողեր կամ արժեթղթեր պատրաստելու, պահելու կամ իրացնելու 34 դեպք է գրանցվել: Սակայն այս թիվը դրական ցուցանիշ է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի հետ համեմատած, քանի որ 2016 թ. հունվար–մայիսին գրանցվել էր 3 անգամ ավելի շատ՝ 126 դեպք:
 
Հետաքրքիր է նաև նշել, որ պետական իշխանության, ծառայության և կառավարման կարգի դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունները կազմել են 1215՝ նախորդ տարվա 1248–ի դիմաց: Սրանց մեջ գերակշռել են պետական իշխանության, ծառայության և կառավարման կարգի դեմ ուղղված այլ հանցագործությունները, այն է՝ 1086: Այնուհետև գալիս են պաշտոնեական լիազորություններ չարաշահելու դեպքերը, որոնք թվով 71–ն են: Այս շարքում են նաև կաշառք տալու, ստանալու և դրա միջնորդության դեպքերը, որոնք ընդհանուր կազմել են 32:
 
Միաժամանակ հավելենք, որ հանցագործությունների ընդհանուր քանակից` կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների թիվը կազմել է 263, ինչը ի տարբերություն հանցագործությունների այլ տեսակների՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ նվազելու փոխարեն ավելացել է 57–ով:
