REX համակարգը արտահանողների համար ավելի մատչելի է դարձնելու եվրոպական շուկան

Հայաստանը 2018 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից միանալու է Եվրամիության ինքնահայտարարագրման համակարգին (Registered Exporter System), որը հնարավորություն կտա ձեռներեցներին առանց ծագման սերտիֆիկատ ներկայացնելու յուրաքանչյուր անգամ մինչև 6 հազար եվրոյի արտահանում իրականացնել: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` հուլիսի 18-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի տեղակալ Հովհաննես Ազիզյանը:
«2018 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից գործելու է ինքնահայտարարագրման համակարգը, որը հնարավորություն է ընձեռում արդեն իսկ մեկ անգամ ինքնահայտարարագրումով՝ Եվրոպական Միության համապատասխան ընթացակարգերում առանց ծագման սերտիֆիկատ ներկայացնելու մինչև 6 հազար եվրոյի արտահանում իրականացնել: Սա ավելի մատչելի է դարձնելու փոքր և միջին ձեռներեցների համար եվրոպական շուկան, ինչպես նաև կրճատելու լրացուցիչ ծագման սերտիֆիկատներ ստանալու համար ծախսերը»,- ասաց Ազիզյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` նախարարությունը ձեռնարկում է բոլոր հնարավոր քայլերը, որպեսզի արտահանողների համար թիրախային շուկաները մատչելի լինեն:
«Հայաստանը ներքին շուկա ունեցող երկիր է և նրա մրցունակությունը պայմանավորված է արտաքին շուկաներում մրցունակ ապրանք ներկայացնելով: Նպատակ է դրվել մինչև 2022 թվականը ՀՆԱ-ում 40-45 տոկոսից ավել արտահանման ծավալները ապահովել, որի մեջ ներառվում է ապրանքների և ծառայությունների արտահանումը: Մինչև 2022 թվականը մեր արտահանման ծավալները պետք է կրկնապատկվեն. եթե 2016 թվականին ունեցել ենք 3.5 միլիարդ դոլարի արտահանում, մինչև 2022 թվականը պետք է ունենանք 6.5-7 միլիարդ դոլարի արտահանում: Դա բավականին հավակնոտ և իրատեսական ցուցանիշ է , որի ապահովման համար կատարվելու են հստակ ծրագրեր»,- եզրափակեց Ազիզյանը:
