Անցանկալի մազերի դեմ պայքարելու համար յուրաքանչյուր կին ունի իրեն հարմար մեթոդները, սակայն ամենատարածված եղանակն ածելին է: Սակայն ածելին գործածելիս մենք հաճախ թույլ ենք տալիս կոպիտ սխալներ:

1. Սափրում եք ոտքերը, անմիջապես հենց սկսում եք լոգանք ընդունել
Մինչև սափրելը հարկավոր է ցնցուղի տակ մնալ առնվազն 15 րոպե: Դա կփափկեցնի մաշկը և կբացի ֆուլիկուլները: Այդպիսով սափրելու գործընթացը կանցնի ավելի թեթև և անցավ:
2. Սափրում եք առավոտյան
Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս ոտքերը սափրել քնելուց առաջ: Քնած ժամանակ ոտքերը ուռչում են, և մազերը «թաքնվում են» ֆուլիկուլների մեջ: Առավոտյան սափրելը թույլ չի տալիս ոտքերն իդեալական հարթ դարձնել:
3. Չեք օգտագործում սափրելու համար նախատեսված փրփուր
Շատերը շտապելով սափրում եք ոտքերն առանց հատուկ նախատեսված փրփուրի՝ օգտագործելով ամենահասարակ օճառը: Ածելին պետք է հեշտությամբ սահի մաշկի վրայով, որպեսզի հետագայում մաշկը չբորբոքվի:
4. Օգտագործում եք մեկանգամյա օգտագործման ածելի
Մեկանգամյա օգտագործման ածելիները շատ հարմար են ճանապարհորդելիս: Սակայն ամենօրյա օգտագործման համար հարկավոր է գնել ածելի 4 կամ 5 հատանոց սայրերով:
5. Չեք փոխում ածելիի սայրերը
Եթե դուք օգտագործում եք բազմակի օգտագործման ածելի, ապա մի մոռացեք փոխել սայրերը հենց զգում եք անգամ չնչին անհարմարություն: Հին սայրերը ոչ միայն էֆեկտիվ չեն, այլև նպաստում եք մաշկի գրգռման, ինչն էլ կարող է բերել տարատեսակ վարակների աղբյուր:
6. Սափրում եք մազերի աճի ուղղությանը հակառակ
Իհարկե, մազերի աճին հակառակ ուղղությամբ սափրելը օգնում է ազատվել անգամ ամենամանր մազերից, սակայն այս պարագայում մաշկը պետք է պարտադիր խոնավեցված լինի և օգտագործվի սափրելու համար նախատեսված փրփուր: Եթե ձեր մաշկը շատ զգայուն է, ապա ավելի լավ է սափրել մազերի աճի ուղղությամբ:
7. Չեք օգտագործում սկրաբներ
Սափրելիս մազերը կարող են ներս աճել, ուստի հարկավոր է օգտագործել սկրաբներ շաբաթը 2 անգամ:
8. Օգտագործում եք տղամարդկանց համար նախատեսված ածելի
Որոշ կանայք կարծում են, որ տղամարդկանց համար նախատեսված ածելի օգտագործելն ավելի էֆեկտիվ է: Սա շատ սխալ պատկերացում է: Տղամարդկանց մազերն ավելի կոշտ են, ուստի և իրենց համար նախատեսված սայրերն ավելի սուր են և կոպիտ: Կանանց ածելիների սայրերը ավելի նուրբ են և ճկուն՝ նախատեսված հատուկ նմանատիպ մազերի հեռացման համար:
