Հասարակական կազմակերպությունն ուսումնասիրել է Արագածոտնի կրթօջախներում սննդի ապահովման գործընթացը

«Մարդկային ռեսուրսների զարգացման Արագածոտնի մարզային կենտրոն» հասարակական կազմակերպությունն Արագածոտնի մարզի 10 դպրոցներում, Աշտարակի թիվ 1 հատուկ դպրոցում և Աշտարակի 5 մանկապարտեզներում «Անվտանգ սնունդ` առողջ ապագա» խորագրով ծրագրի շրջանակներում երկու ամիս իրականացրել է շրջայցեր և փորձել պարզել, թե ինչ պայմաններում է կրթօջախներում իրականացվում սաների սննդով ապահովումը։

Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից՝ հավելելով. «Ծրագիրը կյանքի է կոչվել ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի կողմից հասարակական կազմակերպություններին հատկացվող դրամաշնորհի և Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հայտարարած մրցույթի շրջանակներում։

«Մարդկային ռեսուրսների զարգացման Արագածոտնի մարզային կենտրոն» ՀԿ նախագահ Սիրուշ Խոյեցյանը նկատում է, որ մինչ ծրագիրն իրականացնելն իրենց ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ ծնողն իր դպրոց հաճախող մեկ երեխայի հետ օրական դպրոց է ուղարկում 300-500 դրամ գումար՝ 6-7 ժամ դպրոցում անցկացնելու և բուֆետից օգտվելու համար: Եթե միջին հաշվով յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիք ունի 2-3 երեխա, ապա պարզ հաշվարկի արդյունքում կտեսնենք, որ 1 ընտանիքից դպրոցի բուֆետ է մտնում օրական 1000 դրամ, ինչն էլ ամսվա կտրվածքով կազմում է մոտ 21000 դրամ:

Սիրուշ Խոյեցյանը նշում է, որ ՀԿ ներկայացուցիչների հետ կրթօջախներ է այցելել նաև համապատասխան ծառայության մասնագետը։ Մանրամասն դիտարկվել է սննդով ապահովման ամբողջ գործընթացը՝ սկսած սննդի տեղափոխումից մինչև տեղում՝ բուֆետներում, սննդամթերքի պահպանումը, երեխաների սնվելու գործընթացը։ Ստուգվել են թե՜ սառնարանները, թե՜ տախտակները, տարաները, որոնց վրա տեղադրվում է մթերքը, թե խոհանոցային պարագաներն ու սպասքը։

Ի տարբերություն դպրոցների, որտեղ որոշակի թերացումներ արձանագրվել են` Սիրուշ Խոյեցյանը նկատում է, որ մանկապարտեզներում իրավիճակը բավականին լավ էր, և բացթողումներ գրեթե չեն արձանագրվել։

Թեմայի շուրջ նախաձեռնվել է հանդիպում դպրոցների ղեկավարների, բուժքույրերի, մարզպետարանի և քաղաքապետարանի ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում ներկայացվել են ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքները, նշվել են այն բացերը, որոնք շտկելու անհրաժեշտություն կա։ Մասնավորապես, նշվել է, որ բուֆետների աշխատակիցները պետք է իմանան իրենց պարտականությունները, կային դեպքեր, երբ բուֆետի աշխատողները տեղյակ չէին, որ պետք է սանգրքույկ ունենան, և ծրագրի արդյունքում նրանք ձեռք են բերել սանգրքույկներ։ Որոշ դպրոցների բուֆետներում աշխատակիցները չէին կրում սպիտակ վերնահագուստ։ Ծրագրի շրջանակներում ստեղծված կամավորական խումբը պարբերաբար այցելություններ էր կատարում դպրոցների բուֆետներ և զգուշացնում աշխատակիցներին սպասարկելիս կրել վերնահագուստը։

Ծրագրի ընթացքում այցելություն է կազմակերպվել նաև թիվ 1 հատուկ դպրոց, որտեղ, բացի համապատասխան ստուգումներից, ՀԿ-ն վերանորոգել է նաև խոհանոցն ու ճաշարանը։

Սիրուշ Խոյեցյանը նկատում է, որ ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները, գրանցված բացթողումներն ամփոփվում են, և դրանք կներկայացնեն մարզպետին, համապատասխան այլ կառույցների՝ կատարելով համապատասխան առաջարկներ։ ՀԿ ներկայացուցիչները նպատակ ունեն նման ուսումնասիրություններ կատարել նաև գյուղական համայնքների կրթօջախներում։ Նախաձեռնողները նշում են, որ ծրագիրն արդյունավետ է, քանի որ դրանք ավելի զգոն են դարձնում ուսումնական հաստատությունների ղեկավարներին, բուֆետների աշխատակիցներին»։
