ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ հուլիսի 15-ին Երեւանում տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ:

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ 2017թ. հուլիսի 15-ին քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ սոցիալական ցանցի միջոցով ծանոթացել է ոմն Միլենայի հետ, ով ներկայացել է որպես մարմնավաճառ եւ պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերել՝ համապատասխան վարձատրության դիմաց սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ: Ըստ ձեռք բերված համաձայնության՝ երիտասարդը հուլիսի 15-ին՝ ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում, այցելել է Միլենայի մատնանշած՝ Երեւանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում գտնվող  բնակարանը, որտեղ տեսել է կանացի հագուստով երկու անձի։

Հասկանալով, որ վերջիններս իրականում տղամարդիկ են՝ երիտասարդը փորձել է անմիջապես հեռանալ, սակայն բնակարանում գտնվող անձինք դանակի գործադրման սպառնալիքով իրենից հափշտակել են գումար, որից հետո միայն թույլ տվել հեռանալ։

Հաշվի առնելով, որ հաղորդումն առերեւույթ պարունակում է հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 4-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ հաղորդման մեջ մատնանշված հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
