ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը լիահույս է հայ-եգիպտական հարաբերությունները որակական նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնելու հարցում

: ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը շնորհավորական խոսքով է հանդես եկել Եգիպտոսի Ազգային տոնի կապակցությամբ  տեղի ունեցած ընդունելությանը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից։

 «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի խոսքն ամբողջությամբ. «Եգիպտոսի Արաբական Հանրապետության Ազգային տոնի՝ Հեղափոխության 65-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ ցանկանում եմ իմ ջերմ ողջույններն ու բարեմաղթանքները հղել բարեկամ Եգիպտոսի կառավարությանն ու ժողովրդին:

Այս տարի մենք համատեղ նշում ենք Հայաստանի և Եգիպտոսի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակը: Քառորդ դարն ընդամենը մի ակնթարթ է դարավոր առնչությունների այն տարեգրությունում, որ կապում է մեր երկու ժողովուրդներին: 11-րդ դարում հայ ճարտարապետների կողմից կառուցված Կահիրեի երեք նշանավոր դարպասներն այդ պատմական ամուր կապերի կանգուն վկայությունն են: Իմ համար, որպես արտգործնախարարի, առանձնակի հետաքրքրություն է ներկայացնում Եգիպտոսի` ծագումով հայ դիվանագետների, ներառյալ մի քանի արտգործնախարարների դերակատարությունը արաբական այս կարևոր պետության պատմության մեջ: Անխոս, արդի միջպետական հարաբերությունների համար ամուր հիմք են հանդիսանում հազարամյակների խորքից եկող երկու ժողովուրդների բարեկամական կապերը:

Եվ թերևս նաև դրանով է պայմանավորված, որ 1992թ. Մերձավոր Արևելքում Հայաստանի առաջին դեսպանությունը հիմնադրվեց հենց Եգիպտոսում: Ինձ համար մեծ պատիվ է, որ ես եղել եմ նորանկախ Հայաստանի առաջին դեսպանը Եգիպտոսում, անմիջականորեն բախտ եմ ունեցել մասնակցելու մեր միջպետական հարաբերությունների սկզբնավորմանն ու ամրապնդմանը: Այդ հյուրընկալ երկրում իմ անցկացրած գրեթե 14 տարիներից մնացել են ջերմ հիշողություններ, խորը ակնածանք Եգիպտոսի պատմամշակութային ժառանգության հանդեպ:

Եգիպտոսն էլ առաջին երկրներից մեկն էր, որ Հայաստանի անկախությունից հետո դեսպանություն հիմնեց Երևանում, և այսօր ցանկանում եմ գնահատանքի խոսքեր ասել Եգիպտոսի դեսպանության ներկա ու նախկին ղեկավարներին ու աշխատակիցներին հայ-եգիպտական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման գործում իրենց ունեցած ավանդի համար:

Տիկնա՛յք և պարոնա՛յք,

Հայաստանի և Եգիպտոսի դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների քառորդ դարի ընթացքում զգալի առաջընթաց են ապրել երկկողմ համագործակցության գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտները:

Լիահույս եմ, որ միացյալ ջանքերի շնորհիվ մենք կկարողանանք որակական նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնել հայ-եգիպտական հարաբերությունները:

Պարո՛ն դեսպան,

Բոլորիս հայտնի է, թե պատմական ինչ փառահեղ ճանապարհ է անցել Եգիպտոսը: Մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում այն ջանքները, որ գործադրում է Եգիպտոսի Նախագահ Աբդել Ֆաթթահ ալ-Սիսին և կառավարությունը՝ Եգիպտոսի առաջընթացի ապահովման, անվտանգության ամրապնդման և ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում: Մեր համերաշխությունն ենք հայտնում Եգիպտոսի ղեկավարությանը, ժողովրդին և բոլոր այն երկրներին ու ժողովուրդներին, որոնք այսօր պայքար են մղում ահաբեկչության դեմ։

Մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհավորում եմ Եգիպտոսի բարեկամ ժողովրդին Ազգային տոնի կապակցությամբ՝ մաղթելով հաջողություններ, նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ և բարգավաճում»:
