«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մասիսի նախկին քաղաքապետ Սաշա Հակոբյանի որդին` Հովհաննես Հակոբյանը, ԱԺ ընտրություններից հետո՝ մայիսին կրկին նշանակվել է Մասիսի անձնագրային ծառայության պետի պաշտոնում։ Նա այդ պաշտոնից ազատվել էր այս տարվա մարտին՝ պաշտոնավարելով մի քանի ամիս։

Հովհաննես Հակոբյանն առաջին անգամ նշված պաշտոնում նշանակվել էր անցած տարվա սեպտեմբերի 18-ին՝ Մասիսի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններից հաշված օրեր առաջ։ Լուրեր կային, որ նա այդ պաշտոնին էր տեղավորվել գործող քաղաքապետ, Վովա Գասպարյանի թիկնազորի պետ Արշակ Հակոբյանի փեսա Դավիթ Համբարձումյանի միջնորդությամբ։

Որպես փոխհատուցում՝ ՀՀԿ-ի աջակցությունն ստացած Համբարձումյանը նախկին քաղաքապետի որդուն տեղավորել էր անձնագրայինի պետ։ Սակայն Հովհաննես Հակոբյանը պաշտոնը լքեց խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին։ Լուրեր կային, որ ազատումը պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ Հակոբյանը պաշտպանում է ոչ թե Դավիթ Համբարձումյանի թեկնածու Մուրադ Մուրադյանի, այլ Արարատի մարզում ՀՀԿ-ից առաջադրված Արայիկ Գրիգորյանի թեկնածությունը։ Հակոբյանն ստանձնել էր Մասիսում Գրիգորյանի ենթաշտաբը կոորդինացնելու գործը։

Սաշա Հակոբյանը երեկ «Հրապարակ»-ի լրագրողին ասել է, որ որդուն չեն ազատել, այլ օրենքի սահմաններում տեղափոխություն է կատարվել․ «Ժամանակավոր տեղափոխել են ուրիշ տեղ, ինչ-որ մի անձնագրայինի պետ գնացել է արձակուրդ, տեղափոխել են էդտեղ՝ իմ իմանալով։ Հետո ինքը հետ է եկել իր տեղը»։ Իսկ գուցե Գրիգորյա՞նն է աջակցության դիմաց «հատուցել»։ «Ոչ, հաստատ՝ ոչ»:
