Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներո՞ւմ է շնորհել Վազգեն Խաչիկյանին. ՀԺ

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«ՀԺ-ի տեղեկություններով, Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներում է շնորհել Սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայության նախկին պետ, «Վանաձոր» ՔԿՀ-ում իր պատիժը կրող Վազգեն Խաչիկյանին: Ըստ այդ տեղեկությունների՝ նա առաջիկայում կլինի ազատության մեջ: 13 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված Խաչիկյանը ներման խնդրագրով դիմել էր դեռևս 2016 թվականին:
Նրան ներում շնորհելու տեղեկությունները ճշտելու համար օրեր առաջ հարցում էինք ուղարկել ՀՀ նախագահի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչություն: Գրավոր հարցման մեջ մասնավորապես նշել էինք, թե արդյոք Խաչիկյանը դիմե՞լ է ներման խնդրանքով, և ներում շնորհվե՞լ է, թե՞ ոչ: Մեր գրավոր հարցմանը այսօր նախագահականից պատասխանել են, թե դատապարտյալների ներման խնդրագրի վերաբերյալ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրերն անհատական իրավական ակտեր են և ենթակա չեն պարտադիր հրապարակման:
«Դրանք պարունակում են անձնական կյանքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ և տվյալներ, որոնք, համաձայն 2015 թվականի փոփոխություններով ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 34 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, «Տեղեկատվության ազատության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 8-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 2-րդ կետի, «Անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 26-րդ հոդվածի, ենթակա են պաշտպանության և չի կարելի դրանք օգտագործել կամ տարածել՝ առանց տվյալ անձանց համաձայնության, բացառությամբ օրենքով սահմանված դեպքերի: Հրամանագրի վերաբերյալ պատշաճ կարգով իրազեկում են ներման խնդրագրերով դիմված դատապարտյալները, ինչպես նաև միջնորդություններով հանդես եկած անձինք»,- ասվում է գրավոր հարցման պատասխանի մեջ:
Նախագահականից նաև հետաքրքրվել էինք, թե վերջին երեք ամիսների ընթացքում Սերժ Սարգսյանը քանի՞ դատապարտյալի է ներում շնորհել և քանիսին՝ մերժել: Ի պատասխան, նախագահականից հայտնել են, որ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով ներում է շնորհվել 11 դատապարտյալի, մերժվել է 91 դատապարտյալի ներման խնդրագիր:
Թե ովքեր են «ներված» դատապարտյալները և արդյոք 11-ի մեջ Վազգեն Խաչիկյանը մտնում է, թե ոչ, այդպես էլ չեն պատասխանել:
Մեր հարցին չպատասխանեց նաև Խաչիկյանի կինը` Լիլիթ Ասատրյանը, նա դեռ մեր հարցը չլսած, ասաց՝ «չեմ մեկնաբանում» և անջատեց խոսափողը:
