Կոմեդոնները կամ սև կետերը կարող են գլխացավանք դառնալ ոչ միայն դեռահասների, այլ նաև հասուն անձանց համար: Դրանք այդքան տհաճ տեսք չունեն ինչպես բշտիկները, բայց դրանցից ազատվելն ավելի դժվար է: Սակայն մինչ բուժումը սկսելը, անհրաժեշտ է գտնել դրանց առաջացման պատճառները:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է trental.ru կայքը, գոյություն ունի սև կետերի առաջացման մի քանի պատճառ: Առաջինը և ամենատարածվածը՝ օրգանիզմի վիճակն է: Քաղաքաբնակները գրեթե չեն ունենում մաքուր օդ շնչելու կամ որակյալ միրգ ու բանջարեղեն ուտելու հնարավորություն: Կյանքի արագ ռիթմի պատճառով՝ շատերը տառապում են սթրեսից կամ անքնությունից, ինչը ուղղակիորն կապված է մաշկի առողջության հետ: Ուստի մաշկի վիճակը բարելավելու համար անհրաժեշտ է առաջին հերթին հետևել սննդակարգին: Պետք է մաքրել օրգանիզմը, հրաժարվել ճարպոտ ու տապակած սնունդից և բացառել քաղցր գազավորված ըմպելիքները: Բացի այդ, անհրաժեշտ է նաև հետևել էմոցիոնալ վիճակին. չարժի խնդիրների պատճառով փչացնել գեղեցկությունն ու երիտասարդությունը: Հանգստանալու շատ լավ միջոց կարող են հանդիսանալ յոգան, լողը կամ մերսումը, ինչը լավ կանդրադառնա ոչ միայն դեմքի, այլև ամբողջ մարմնի վրա:


Սև կետերի առաջացման երկրորդ պատճառը՝ չխնամված մաշկն է: Մաշկն անհրաժեշտ է մաքրել օրական երկու անգամ՝ առավոտյան և երեկոյան: Բացի այդ, շաբաթական մեկ անգամ կարելի է օգտագործել սկրաբ կամ դիմակ, որոնք կարելի է ինչպես ինքնուրույն պատրաստել (յուղերով և կավով), այնպես էլ գնել արդեն պատրաստի վիճակում: Անհրաժեշտ է նաև դադարել ձեռք տալ դեմքին օրվա ընթացքում, քանի որ դա ոչ միայն տգեղ է դիտվում, այլ կարող է նաև էլ ավելի վատացնել մաշկի վիճակը:


Հորմոնալ դիսբալանսը (անցումային տարիք, հղիություն, որոշ դեղամիջոցների ընդունում) նույնպես կարող է դառնալ սև կետերի առաջացման պատճառ: Եթե նկատվում է մաշկի վիճակի կտրուկ վատացում, անհրաժեշտ է խորհրդակցել բժշկի հետ:


Բացի այդ, նման տհաճ երևույթները կարող են լինել նաև վատ ու անորակ կոսմետիկ միջոցների հետևանքով: Ավելի լավ կլինի նման միջոցները գնելիս ընտրել ստուգված արտադրողի ապրանքը, քանի որ լավ կոսմետիկան ոչ միայն չի վնասում, այլև շատ ավելի գեղեցիկ է դիտվում: Սակայն պետք չէ մոռանալ, որ որքան էլ լավը լինեն կոսմետիկ միջոցները, շպարն անհրաժեշտ է լավ մաքրել՝ թույլ տալով մաշկին գիշերը շնչել:
