SMS հաղորդագրությամբ ավտոկայանատեղի վճարի դեպքում, բացառապես այդ ծառայության համար, սահմանվում է 2 (երկու) ՀՀ դրամ արտոնյալ վճար

Սիրելի՛ համաքաղաքացիներ,
Ինչպես գիտեք, Երևան քաղաքում ավտոկայանատեղի վճարի համար SMS հաղորդագրության միջոցով գանձվող գումարի հնարավոր փոփոխությունը մտահոգություն էր առաջացրել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի, ՀՀ տարածքում ծառայություն մատուցող բջջային օպերատորների և գործընթացին առնչվող կողմերի շրջանում։
Խնդրի կարգավորման ուղղությամբ քննարկումներ մեկնարկեցին գործընթացի մասնակիցների, մասնագիտական խմբերի ու կառույցների միջև՝ փոխգործակցության միջոցով հնարավոր լուծումներ գտնելու համար։
Համատեղ աշխատանքների արդյունքում ուրախ ենք արձանագրել, որ կողմերի պատրաստակամության շնորհիվ հնարավոր եղավ արդյունավետ լուծում գտնել։ Ստեղծվեց հատուկ ձևաչափ, որը թույլ է տալիս պահպանել ավտոկայանատեղի վճարի համար SMS հաղորդագրության գանձման տեսակը և ս. թ. օգոստոսի 1-ից վճարել այն առանց միջնորդավճարի ու ԱԱՀ-ի՝ սահմանելով բացառապես SMS ծառայության համար 2 (երկու) ՀՀ դրամ արտոնյալ վճար։
Հարկ ենք համարում հիշեցնել, որ SMS հաղորդագրությունների միջոցով գումարի գանձման ձևաչափն ի սկզբանե նախատեսվել էր որպես ժամանակավոր լուծում, սակայն այն հասցրել էր հարմարավետ գործիք դառնալ, և գործընթացում ներգրավված կողմերն իրենց առջև խնդիր էին դրել պահպանել այդ հարմարավետությունը։ Միաժամանակ մենք շարունակելու ենք խրախուսել կայանատեղերի հարակից տարածքներում տեղադրված տերմինալների միջոցով վճարումների իրականացումը:
Շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում այս գործընթացում ներգրավված կողմերին բարի կամքի և պատրաստակամության համար։ Ուրախ ենք արձանագրել, որ համայնք-մասնավոր համագործակցությունը շարունակում է դրական փոփոխություններ արձանագրել։
