Հայաստանն ազատվել է պոլիոմելիտից, մալարիայից, տեղական կարմրուկից ու բնածին կարմրախտից, սակայն նկատվում է լեյշմանիոզ

 Հայաստանը վկայագրված է որպես պոլիոմելիտից ու մալարիայից ազատ գոտի ԱՀԿ-ի կողմից: Վերացել են նաև տեղական կարմրուկն  ու բնածին կարմրախտային համախտանիշը: Հիվանդությունների վերացումը լայնածավալ միջոցառումների, հատկապես կանխարգելիչ պատվաստումների արդյունք է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ԱՆ հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման և վերահսկման ազգային կենտրոնի փոխտնօրեն Լիլիթ Ավետիսյանը:

«Հայաստանում նախկինում ունեինք հիվանդություններ, որոնք առկա էին նաև ամբողջ եվրոպական տարածաշրջանում, բայց լայնածավալ աշխատանքների արդյունքում կարողացանք վերացնել դրանք: Հայաստանը ԱՀԿ-ի կողմից 2011-ին ճանաչվել է որպես մալարիայից, իսկ 2002-ից՝ պոլիոմելիտից ազատ գոտի: Պոլիոմելիտի տեղական դեպքեր չեն գրանցվել  դեռևս 1995-ից՝ այն դեպքում, երբ աշխարհի մի շարք երկրներում դեռ շարունակվում է արձանագրվել այս հիվանդությունը»,-ասաց Լիլիթ Ավետիսյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ մալարիայի դեպքեր Հայաստանում արձանագրվել են 1994-ից, ինչը մեծ խոչընդոտ էր Հայաստանի տուրիզմի համար: 2006-ից սկսել են լայնածավալ աշխատանքները: 2011-ից միջազգային տուրիստական ուղեցույցներում այլևս չի նշվում, որ Հայաստանում կա մալարիա, ինչը խթան է այս ոլորտի զարգացման համար:

«Մալարիան հիվանդություն է, որը փոխանցվում է հիվանդ մարդուց առողջ մարդուն մոծակների խայթելու արդյունքում: Քանի որ մոծակները ձվադրում են ջրականգերի վրա, այդ պատճառով ՝ չորացրել ենք ջրականգերը, որոնք տնտեսական նշանակություն չունեն: Մեծ աշխատանք են իրականացրել նաև հիվանդների հայտնաբերման և բուժման ուղղությամբ, բնակչությանն ուսուցանել ենք, թե ինչպես պաշտպանվել մոծակների խայթոցից»,-ասաց նա ու հավելեց, որ այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատել է ոչ միայն Առողջապահության նախարարությունը, այլ համագործակցել  են այլ կառույցների հետ: Օրինակ՝ նախկին Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի հետ եղել է համագործակցություն՝ Արարատի մարզի ճահճակալած բնակավայրերում մաքրման աշխատանք իրականացնելու համար:

Տեղական կարմրուկի և բնածին կարմրախտային համախտանիշի դեպքեր ևս չեն գրանցվում վերջին տարիներին՝ չնայած, որ լինում են այլ երկրներից բերած դեպքեր:

Սակայն երկրում վերջին 7 տարիներին լեյշմանիոզի ակտիվացում է նկատվում: «Վերջին 5-7 տարիներին Հայաստանում ակտիվացել է լեյշմանիոզը: Գրանցվել է ավելի քան մեկ տասնյակ դեպք: Տասնյակ տարիներ մեր երկրում չէր արձանագրվել լեյշմանիոզ, ակտիվացումը կապված է հարևան երկրներում այս հիվանդության առկայության հետ: Վարակի հիմնական աղբյուրը շնազգիներն են, այն փոխանցվում է, երբ մլակը խայթում է հիվանդ շանը, այնուհետև՝ մարդուն»,-ասաց Լիլիթ Ավետիսյանը:

Այս ուղղությամբ ևս կենտրոնը որոշակի քայլեր է իրականացնում: Մլակները զարգանում են օրգանական աղբի կուտակումների վրա, հետևաբար վերջին տարիներին անընդհատ հորդորում են խուսափել աղբի կուտակումներից: Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության և միջազգային հանրության հետ համագործակցությամբ ՝ իրականացնում են մարդկանց, ինչպես նաև շնազգիների հետազոտություն՝ հայտնաբերելու վարակված կենդանիներին: Քանի որ այն էնդեմիկ հիվանդություն է, արդեն նպատակային միջոցառումներ են իրականացնում նաև որոշակի տարածքներում: «Լեյշմանիոզը դեռևս շարունակում է հանրային առողջապահական խնդիր մնալ, բայց լայնածավալ աշխատանքների շնորհիվ իրավիճակը վերահսկելի է»,-եզրափակեց կենտրոնի փոխտնօրենը:
