Դատավորներն ու դատախազները հեռակա կրթություն կստանան

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանի և ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի «UNICEF» հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Տանյա Ռադոչայի մասնակցությամբ այսօր մեկնարկել է «Անչափահասների պաշտպանությունը քրեական գործերով վարույթի ընթացքում» հեռաուսուցման ծրագիրը: ՀՀ ԱՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության հաղորդմամբ, այն մշակվել և ներդրվել է ՀՀ արդարադատության ակադեմիայի կողմից՝ ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի հետ համագործակցությամբ և օժանդակությամբ: Դասընթացի շնորհանդեսին ներկա են եղել նաև արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը, Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի ռեկտոր Սերգեյ Առաքելյանը, դատավորներ, դատախազներ, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, այլք:
Նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը, ողջունելով ներկաներին, բարձր է գնահատել նման գործիքի ներդրումն անչափահասների արդարադատության ոլորտում և ընդգծել, որ ուսուցման այս նորարարությունն առաջիկայում կտա իր արդյունքը: «Քայլ առ քայլ զարգացնում ենք այն մոտեցումը, որը որդեգրել ենք երեխաների իրավունքների համար արդարադատությունն ավելի հասանելի, մատչելի դարձնելու, ինչպես նաև այդ ընթացքում երեխաների իրավունքները պաշտպանելու ուղղությամբ: Մինչև 2022 թվականը կկատարելագործվի իրավախախտ երեխաներին առնչվող օրենսդրությունը, համապատասխան հայեցակարգի ընդունմամբ կստեղծվեն նաև հատուկ մեխանիզմներ իրավախտ, վկա և հանցագործությունից տուժած երեխաների վերականգնման ու պաշտպանության համար»,- նշել է նախարարը և ոլորտի բարեփոխման հարցում կարևորել ներկայում գործող Անչափահասների արդարադատության խորհրդի կատարած աշխատանքը, որը Դավիթ Հարությունյանի գնահատմամբ, արդեն իսկ ցույց է տվել իր արդյունավետությունը:
UNICEF-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Տանյա Ռադոչայը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ներկաներին կառուցողական համագործակցության համար և նշել, որ թեև Հայաստանը շարունակում է դասվել քիչ ազատազրկված անչափահասներ ունեցող երկրների թվին, սակայն կարևոր է, որ արդարադատության ոլորտում անչափահասների իրավունքների բարելավմանն ուղղված շարունակական քայլեր են կատարվում:
Նշենք, որ հեռաուսուցման առաջին դասընթացին կմասնակցեն 37 դատավոր և 125 դատախազ:
