«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Ստեփանակերտում բնակվող լրագրող Նարի Հայրապետյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեղեկացնում է այն մասին, որ մահացել է 2017 թվականի հունվարի 22-ին ադրբեջանական դիվերսիոն հարձակումից զոհված Կարեն Ուլուբաբյանի մայրը՝ Կարինե Ուլուբաբյանը:
«Այսօր աղոթում էի,որ տխուր լուր չլսենք, բայց մենք կրկին արտասվում ենք, մեզանից անժամանակ հեռացավ նահատակ հերոս Կարեն Ուլուբաբյանի մայրը՝ Կարինե Ուլուբաբյանը: Սիրելի Կարեն, քո զոհվելու տարին դեռ չի լրացել, մայրդ ինչպես ամեն օր՝ քո գերեզման է այցի եկել, այսօր ևս եկավ, բայց այս անգամ նա ցանկացավ միանալ իր որդուն, վերադարձել է տուն, տանը մահացել: Շատ-շատ եմ ցավում: Խոսքեր չկան սփոփանքի Կարենի եղբորն ու քրոջը ՝ Տիգրանին ու Մադլենային ասելու: Կարենի հայրն Արցախյան պատերազմի ժամանակ գլխից վիրավորում էր ստացել, որի հետևանքով մի քանի տարի հետո մահացել էր, հորեղբայրն Արցախյան պատերազմի նահատակ է,Կարենն էլ զոհվել է սույն թվականի հունվարի 22-ին՝ ժամը 23:25-ի սահմաններում, Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի արևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասում»,- գրել է լրագրողը:
Նարի Հայրապետյանն armtimes.com-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց, որ Կարենի մայրը 49 տարեկան էր, ուներ սրտի հետ կապված առողջական խնդիրներ: Ֆինանսական խնդիրների պատճառով չի կարողացել վիրահատվել:
«Կարենի մայրն առողջական խնդիրներ ուներ, դրա համար Կարենը պարտադիր ծառայությունն ավարտելուց մեկ ու կես ամիս հետո պայմանագրային զինծառայող դարձավ, որպեսզի կարողանա մոր ապաքինման հարցերը լուծի: Սրտի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ուներ, պետք է վիրահատվեր, բայց գումար չունեին: Շատ վատ էին ապրում»,- armtimes.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Նարի Հայրապետյանը:
Նարի Հայրապետյանի տեղեկություններով` Կարեն Ուլուբաբյանի մորը` տիկին Կարինեին պետք է գումար հատկացվեր, որպեսզի նա վիրահատվեր: Սակայն Կարինե Ուլուբաբյանին «1000 դրամների հիմնադրամ»-ի ցուցակներում բավականին ուշ են ընդգրկել: Ընտանիքն ունի լուրջ ֆինանսական խնդիրներ:
«Նրան ընդգրկել էին 1000 դրամների ցուցակ, որպեսզի վիրահատության գումար տային: Նրա հերթը օգոստոսին էր հասնելու, բայց ուշ եղավ, չհասցրեց»,- ասաց լրագրողը:
Կարենի եղբայրը` Տիգրանը, այժմ ծառայում է Մարտունու այն զորամասում, որտեղ ծառայել է Կարենը: Վերջինիս քույրը այս տարի է ավարտել դպրոցը:
Նարի Հայրապետյանի խոսքով` Կարենն ակտիվ մասնակցություն է ունեցել 2014-ի օգոստոսյան դիվերսիան կանխելու գործողություններին, երբ Մարտունու ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված կանխարգելիչ գործողությունների ժամանակ հակառակորդը տվել էր 4 զոհ և 3 վիրավոր, իսկ հայկական կողմը՝ 1 զոհ և 4 վիրավոր: Կարեն Ուլուբաբյանը մասնակցել է նաև ապրիլյան պատերազմին:
Նշենք, որ ԱՀ ՊԲ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրության համաձայն` հակառակորդի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման հետևանքով՝ հունվարի 22-ին՝ ժամը 23:25-ի սահմաններում, ՊԲ արևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասում, մահացու վիրավորում է ստացել պայմանագրային զինծառայող, 1995 թվականին ծնված Կարեն Մարատի Ուլուբաբյանը:
Կարենը հետմահու պարգևատրվել է ԼՂՀ Նախագահի կողմից՝ «Մարտական ծառայություն» մեդալով»:
