Վարչապետը պահանջում է բացառել լիցենզիաների և այլ փաստաթղթերի տրամադրման ձգձգումները

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը պետական գերատեսչությունների առջև խնդիր դրեց մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում բացառել իրավաբանական և ֆիզիկական անձանց լիցենզիաների և այլ փաստաթղթերի տրամադրման ձգձգումների կամ վարչարարական ձևական պահանջների ներկայացումը: «Կառավարության որդեգրած քաղաքականության արդյունքում պետական մարմինների կողմից տրամադրվող լիցենզիաների քանակը 127-ից նվազեցվել է մինչև 85-ի, իսկ 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերից շուրջ 67 պետական ծառայություն իրականացնելու իրավասությունը պատվիրակվել է նաև մասնավոր կազմակերպություններին:
Հաշվի առնելով կառավարության ծրագրով սահմանված գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարեց մեկամսյա ժամկետում մշակել և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել ըստ ոլորտների լիցենզիաների, թույլտվությունների, հավաստագրերի և այլ փաստաթղթերի տրամադրման ժամկետները հստակեցնելու, վարչարարությունը պարզեցնելու, կանխատեսելի դարձնելու, մեկ պատուհան սկզբունքը ապահովելու և ըստ անհրաժեշտության դրանց քանակը նվազեցնելու վերաբերյալ գործողությունների ծրագիր, ամրագրելով դրանց կատարման հստակ և սեղմ ժամկետներ, այդ թվում հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնելով գերատեսչական իրավական ակտերով սահմանված կարգավորումներին։Վարչապետը կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավարին հանձնարարեց սահմանել վերահսկողություն 1-ին կետով սահմանված պահանջի և ծրագրի կատարման նկատմամբ, իրականացնել գործընթացի համակարգման և ամփոփման աշխատանքները: Կատարման ընթացքի մասին պարբերաբար զեկուցել իրեն:
«Մանրակրկիտ պետք է ուսումնասիրել, մեկ ամիս հետո նման դեպքերը պետք է բացառվեն, որոշ գերատեսչություններում այս առումով անթույլատրելի իրավիճակ է»,- ընդգծեց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
