Հոգեբան Ռուբեն Պողոսյանի մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու համար քննություն է տարվում

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ հոգեբան, դոկտոր-պրոֆեսոր Ռուբեն Պողոսյանի մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2017 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին՝ ժամը 14:45-ի սահմաններում, Երևանի թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ «դեմքի կտրված վերք, բազմաթիվ կտրված վերքեր, արյունահոսություն» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, հոգեբանական կենտրոնի հոգեբան Ռուբեն Պողոսյանը՝ ծնված 1947թ.:
Ահազանգի հիման վրա նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ Ռ. Պողոսյանին մարմնական վնասվածքները պատճառվել են վերջինիս աշխատասենյակում՝ դոկտոր-պրոֆեսորի այցելուներից մեկի կողմից՝ սուր-կտրող առարկայով:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 113-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, որը հուլիսի 20-ին վարույթ է ընդունվել ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում:
Նույն օրը թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցից տեղեկացրել են, որ Ռ. Պողոսյանը հիվանդանոցում մահացել է: Նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն՝ մահվան պատճառը պարզելու համար։
Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին՝ հայտնաբերել և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնել ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին։
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
