Գյուղացին կարտոֆիլը ձեռքին մնացել է միայնակ. ինչո՞վ է զբաղված գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը

Երկար տարիներ կարտոֆիլի մշակությամբ զբաղվող ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի, Կոտայքի եւ Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչներն այս տարի կանգնել են ե՛ւ սակավաբերության, ե՛ւ բերքի իրացման հետ կապված խնդիրների առջեւ: Վերավաճառողները 1 կգ կարտոֆիլի դիմաց գյուղացիներին 110-120 դրամ են առաջարկում, ինչը գյուղացուն ձեռնտու չէ: Սակայն գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարար Գառնիկ Պետրոսյանն ու «Ագրագյուղացիական միավորում» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Հրաչ Բերբերյանը իրացման խնդիր չեն տեսնում: Նրանց պնդմամբ՝ կարտոֆիլը լավ է վաճառվում մայրաքաղաք Երեւանում, իսկ 110-120 դրամը «նորմալ» գին է:
ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գավառի տարածաշրջանի Կարմիգյուղ համայնքի բնակիչներից մեկը՝ Գնելը, ով տասնյակ տարիներ կարտոֆիլ է մշակում, «Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում պատմեց, որ այս օրերին գյուղ մտնող վերավաճառողն 1 կիլոգրամ կարտոֆիլի դիմաց 110-120 դրամ է առաջարկում, ինչը նկատելիորեն ցածր է նախորդ տարվա գնից: «Նախորդ տարի նույն վերավաճառողները խնդրում էին 200 դրամով կարտոֆիլ վաճառել իրենց, իսկ այս տարի 110 դրամ են առաջարկում: Մինչդեռ կարտոֆիլի 1 կգ տնկանյութը գնել եմ 250 դրամով: Ի՞նչ է, կարտոֆիլի 1 կգ-ն պետք է 110 դրամո՞վ վաճառեմ: Չէ՞ որ բացի տնկանյութից, ես նաեւ այլ ծախսեր եմ արել՝ գնել եմ թունաքիմիկատներ, պարարտանյութ, աննախադեպ սակավաջուր տարի էր, եւ հինգ անգամ ջրել եմ: Դա էլ է գումար, չէ՞»,- զայրացավ Գնելը:
Մեկ այլ կարտոֆիլագործը՝ Միշան, ափսոսանքով նկատեց, որ այս տարի նախորդ տարվա համեմատ կարտոֆիլի բերքատվությունը սակավ է եղել: «Բացի այն, որ կարտոֆիլի քիչ քանակություն ենք հավաքել, սրան էլ գումարվել է ցածր գինը: Այս պահին ունեմ ավելի քան 7 տոննա կարտոֆիլ, բայց շիվարել եմ, չգիտեմ ինչ անել: Քանի որ վերավաճառողների առաջարկած 110-120 դրամ գինը ձեռնտու չէ: Ծախսեր եմ արել՝ վարել եմ, ցանել, տեխնիկայով ենք քանդում կարտոֆիլը, որը վճարովի է, թունաքիմիկատները, պարարտանյութը: Ո՞ր մեկը հաշվեմ: Ո՞րի գինն ասեմ: Իսկ ջրի համար մեծ գումարներ ենք ծախսում. օրինակ՝ 100 մետր ջրելու համար վճարում ենք 700 դրամ, իսկ 1 հա ջրելու համար՝ 70 հազար դրամ»,- ներկայացրեց կարմիրգյուղեցի կարտոֆիլագործը:
