Դոմիկից տուն. Գյումրիում բազմանդամ ընտանիքը տուն կստանա

Գյումրիի տնակներից մեկում ապրող Սիրուշ Տոնոյանը և իր հետ ապրող 5 երեխաները տեղափոխվեցին հիմնովին վերանորոգված և կահավորված բնակարան։ Բազմանդամ ընտանիքը տունը ստացավ «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի՝ Գյումրի քաղաքի տնակներում ապրող ընտանիքներին վերաբնակեցնելու ծրագրի շրջանակում։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամից:
Սիրուշ Տոնոյանը 6 երեխա ունի, ավագ դուստրը՝ Լուսինե Բոթոյանը, ամուսնացած է, ապրում է առանձին։ Տնակում Սիրուշն ապրում է 5 երեխաների հետ՝ 20-ամյա Արմենի, 19-ամյա Անիի, 16-ամյա Վարդանի, 15-ամյա Սամվելի և 13-ամյա Էդգարի։ Սիրուշի ամուսինը 2005-ից մեկնել է Ռուսաստան արտագնա աշխատանքի և չի վերադարձել՝ խզելով կապերը ընտանիքի հետ։ Երեխաներից Վարդանը հաշմանդամություն ունի՝ մանկական կաթված, ինչի հետևանքով ձեռքերը և ոտքերը չեն աշխատում։ Տղան անցնում է վերականգնողական կուրսեր։
Տնակը, որտեղ ապրում էր ընտանիքը, խոնավ էր, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ տնակ էին լցվում միջատներ և առնետներ։ Գտնվում էր քաղաքի ծայրամասում, ամայի անկյունում։
Ընտանիքի եկամուտը սոցիալական նպաստն է, Վարդանի հաշմանդամության թոշակը և Սիրուշի աշխատավարձը. Սիրուշն աշխատում է Caritas-ի Արեգակ-Էմիլի հաշմանդամություն ունեցողների համար նախատեսված կենտրոնում որպես հավաքարար, ստանում է 55000 դրամ։
Սիրուշ Տոնոյանի ընտանիքը 29-րդ ընտանիքն է, որ դոմիկից տուն է տեղափոխվել «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի ծրագրերի շրջանակում։ «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամը Գյումրիի տնակներում ապրող ընտանիքներին բնակարաններով է ապահովում 2014-ից։ 2014-ին Լոս Անջելեսում կայացած Հեռուստամարաթոնի ընթացքում հավաքագրված ամբողջ գումարը, հետագայում կատարված դրամահավաքները, անհատ բարերարների հանգանակությունները հնարավոր են դարձրել 28 ընտանիքի վերաբնակեցումը։ 4 ընտանիք իրենց բնակարանները ստացել են «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի Գերմանիայի տեղական հանձնախմբի ֆինանսավորմամբ։
Ընտանիքներն ընտրվում են՝ դիմելով Գյումրիի «Շանթ» հեռուստաընկերությանը, ինչից հետո նրանց դիմումները քննարկվում են Քաղաքաշինության նախարարության, Շիրակի մարզպետարանի և Գյումրիի քաղաքապետարանի հետ։ Քննարկումներին հետևում են Հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչների այցերը ընտանիքին, նրանց կարիքների և ներկա վիճակի գնահատումը։ Բնակարաններն ընտանիքի սեփականությունը չեն դառնում՝ հնարավոր վաճառքից խուսափելու համար, այլ տրվում են անհատույց օգտագործման։ Բնակարան ստանալու առաջնայնությունը տրվում է երիտասարդ և/կամ բազմազավակ ընտանիքներին։
