Կաթնաղբյուր գյուղում քսանամյա դադարից հետո տան շինարարությունը վերսկսվել է

Երկու ամիս առաջ, ուսումնասիրությունների նպատակով կազմակերպված հերթական շրջայցի ժամանակ, «Ֆուլեր Տնաշինական Կենտրոնի» թիմը Արագածոտնի մարզի Կաթնաղբյուր գյուղում բնակվող Բաղդասարյաններին հաճելի անակնկալ մատուցեց. ընտանիքը  տեղեկացավ, որ ընդգրկվել է բնակարանաշինության ծրագրում:

ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ տարիներ շարունակ, Հայկարամը՝ ընտանիքի հայրը, կնոջ եւ երեք որդիների հետ, ստիպված է եղել ապրել նախ՝ հայրական տանը, ապա՝ վարձով, համագյուղացու կիսավեր բնակարանում: Կիսակառույցի հասցված շինարարությունը, սոցիալական պայմանների պատճառով, քսան տարի շարունակ՝ երազանքից այն կողմ չէր անցել:

Անավարտ շինությունը շուտով լիարժեք տուն կդառնա. շինարարական աշխատանքները մեծ եռանդով վերսկսվել են: Դրանց մասնակցել են նաեւ կամավորությունն արժեհամակարգ դարձրած գործընկեր կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները՝ ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը եւ  «Ֆուլեր Տնաշինական Կենտրոնի» թիմը: Այսօրինակ աջակցությունը ոչ միայն ֆիզիկական, այլ նախեւառաջ հոգեւոր խթան է՝ երկար տարիներ սեփական օջախի ջերմությունից զրկված ընտանիքների համար:

 «Չեմ կարողանում հավատալ, որ այս ամենը երազ չէ: Տունն արդեն տան նման է. դուռ, պատուհան, տանիք ունի: Այսօրվա ձեր օգնությունն էլ այնքան անսպասելի ու տեղին, այնքան կարեւոր ու անգնահատելի… Անչափ շնորհակալ եմ, որ դժվար պահին օգնության ձեռք եք մեկնում ընտանիքիս»,-ասել է Հայկարամը:

Որեւէ ներդրման ամենակարեւոր արդյունքը ծանր պայմաններում ապրող ընտանիքներին հուսահատությունից հանելն է: Իր թողած ազդեցությամբ` բնակարանաշինության ծրագիրն այդ առաքելության իրականացնողն է դարձել: Համագործակցության վեց տարվա ընթացքում, գործընկեր կազմակերպությունները 149 ընտանիքի համար կարեւոր՝ բնակարանի խնդիրը լուծելով՝ նպաստել են նաեւ ընտանիքների ապագա բարեկեցությանն ու հիմքեր ստեղծել՝ առողջ միջավայրում երեխաներ մեծացնելու համար:

«Եթե ուզում ենք զարգացած գյուղեր ունենալ, ապա պիտի պատրաստ լինենք օգնել մեր հայրենակիցներին՝ շտկելու իրենց մեջքը: Կոտրված սրտով, առանց վաղվա հեռանկարի, հուսահատված մարդն անկախ իր տարիքից՝ անօգնական է: Այս ծրագրի կարեւոր առանձնահատկություններից մեկն այն է, որ այն մարզերում ապրողներին թույլ է տալիս արժանապատվորեն կարգավորել տարիների անլուծելի թվացող խնդիրը: Ուրախ եմ տեսնել, թե ինչպես է հերթական ընտանիքը, նոր լիցքեր ստացած, կառուցում իր երազած տունը: Մենք եւս սիրով միացել ենք շինարարական աշխատանքներին: Նաեւ այսպես ենք զորացնում լուսավոր ապագայի հանդեպ հավատը»,- ասել է ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը:

«Այս ծրագրի յուրահատկություններից մեկն էլ այն է, որ ընտանիքը ինքն է իրականացնում շինարարական աշխատանքները: Դա ոչ միայն զգալիորեն կրճատում է շինարարական աշխատանքների ծախսը, այլեւ օգնում է երբեք չլքել սեփական ձեռքերով կառուցված տունը: Այս մասին վկայում է տարիների մեր փորձը»,- ասել է «Ֆուլեր Տնաշինական Կենտրոնի» նախագահ Աշոտ Եղիազարյանը:

2017 թվականին ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ը բնակարանաշինության ծրագրի իրականացման համար 25 մլն ՀՀ դրամի ներդրում է կատարել:
