ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պայմանագրային զինծառայողը ապօրինի պատրաստել և իր մոտ է պահել թմրամիջոց:
Tert.am-ը Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկացավ, որ հուլիսի 19-ին գործն ուղարկվել է Վարդենիսի դատարան և մակագրվել դատավոր Վարդան Հարությունյանին:
Գարիկ Ն-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պայմանագրային զինծառայող, 2016թ. սեպտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում առանց իրացնելու նպատակի ապօրինի պատրաստել և իր մոտ է պահել տետրահիդրոկաննաբինոլ տեսակի թմրամիջոց:
Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 268-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով առանց իրացնելու նպատակի զգալի չափերով թմրամիջոցներ կամ հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութեր ապօրինի պատրաստելը, վերամշակելը, ձեռք բերելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ առաքելը՝ պատժվում է կալանքով՝ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը մեկ տարի ժամկետով:
Գագիկ Ն-ն նախկինում դատված չի եղել, նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին:
Իրեղեն ապացույց ճանաչված 0.0126 գրամ քաշով տետրահիդրոկաննաբինոլ տեսակի թմրամիջոցը կցվել է քրեական գործին:
