8. Շաքարի փոշի՝ վրան շաղ տալու համար – 1 ճ/գ

Պատրաստման եղանակը

1. Խորը թասի մեջ տրորել կարագը, ավելացնել շաքարի փոշին և 10-15 րոպե զանգվածը հարել գդալով կամ բահիկով:

2. Ոչ մեծ չափաբաժիններով ավելացնել կաթը, սոդան և զաֆրանը: Հարել միասին մոտ 10 րոպե:

3. Աստիճանաբար ավելացնել ալյուրը և միասեռ խմոր հունցել:

4. Կտրատել ոչ մեծ մասերի, տալ բատոնիկների տեսք և շարել բուսայուղով պատած տապակի մեջ:

5. Բատոնիկները մի փոքր սեղմել ձեռքով և դանակով թեք, խորը կտրվածքներ անել:

6. 18-20 րոպե թխել նախապես 180 աստիճան տաքացրած ջեռոցում:

7. Պատրաստի սառած բատոնիկները բաժանել կտրվածքների տեղերից և մատուցել՝ վրան շաքարի փոշի շաղ տալով:
