ՀՀ կառավարությունը փոփոխություն կատարեց նախկինում ընդունած որոշումներից մեկում: Պետգույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանը նշեց, որ փոփոխությամբ առաջարկվում է ամրագրել այն մոտեցումը, որ տարածագնահատման 1–ին, 2–րդ և 3–րդ գոտիներում գտնվող, 50 մլն դրամից ավելի գնահատված արժեք ունեցող պետական անշարժ գույքի օտարման մասին որոշումներն ընդունվեն ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ:
 
«Ինչ վերաբերում է տարածագնահատման 4–րդ և ավելի բարձր գոտիներում գտնվող, մինչև 50 մլն դրամ գնահատված արժեքով պետական անշարժ գույքի օտարման մասին որոշումների ընդունմանը, ապա այդ լիազորությունն առաջարկվում է վերապահել Պետգույքի կառավարման վարչությանը: Արդյունքում կպարզեցվի օտարման գործընթացի վարչարարությունը, կկրճատվեն գործարքների կնքման ժամկետները, ինչպես նաև խիստ կկրճատվի ՀՀ կառավարության անհատական որոշումների թվաքանակը, կկարգավորվի ոչ լիկվիդային անշարժ գույքի վաճառքը՝ արդյունքում կավելանան ՀՀ պետբյուջեի մուտքերը»,– ասաց Սահակյանը:
 
Անդրադառնալով ընդունված որոշմանը՝ կառավարության ղեկավարը նշեց, որ այսպիսով գործադիրն ավելացնում է պետգույքի կառավարման վարչության ճկունությունն ու ազատության աստիճանը: «Միևնույն ժամանակ ավելացնում ենք պատասխանատվությունը, ինչի արդյունքում մենք ձեզանից սպասում ենք գումարների ինտենսիվ մուտք»,– ընդգծեց վարչապետը:
