Սերժ Սարգսյանը «Լույս»-ի կրթաթոշակառուին խոստացավ Արցախում նոր գաղափարներ զարգացնելու համար ավելի լայն հնարավորություններ ստեղծել

ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը «Լույս» հիմնադրամի կրթաթոշակառուների հետ հանդիպմանը երիտասարդներից մեկին խոստացավ զրուցել Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հետ՝ Արցախում նորարարական գաղափարներ զարգացնելու, հենց այնտեղ գործունեությունը շարունակելու համար երիտասարդներին ավելի լայն հնարավորություններ տալու մասին:

Կրթաթոշակառուն նշեց, որ վերջին 10 օրն անցկացրել է Արցախում եւ մարդկանց մեջ տեսել է նոր բիզնես ստեղծելու, նորարարության հանդեպ հավատի պակաս:

«Դա հասկանալի է, քանի որ մարդիկ ընտանիքներ ունեն, եւ դժվար է այնտեղ ռիսկային ինչ-որ բան ստեղծել եւ առաջ տանել, քանի որ չստացվելու դեպքում կորցնում են բոլոր հնարավորությունները: Իսկ Երեւանում հաջողված ստարտափերի օրինակները շատացել են: Եվս մեկ խնդիրն այն է, որ գոյություն ունեցող համակարգերում շատ ժամանակ փոփոխություններ մտցնելու ճանապարհին դժվարություններ կան, որն, իհարկե, մյուս բոլոր երկրներում է այդպես, որովհետեւ հնարավոր չէ մեկ օրում համակարգ փոխել, բայց Երեւանում խնդիրը լուծման առումով բավականին առաջ է գնացել, քանի որ ստարտափերը  ներկայացվում են եւ առաջ գնում, շատ ժամանակ այդ դժվարությունների առաջ չեն կանգնում, կարողանում են նորարարական գաղափարները միջազգային շուկա դուրս բերել: Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է նման համակարգ ստեղծել հենց Արցախում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ներկայացրեց երիտասարդը՝ նշելով, որ նա էլ ուրախ կլինի գործունեություն ծավալել Արցախում եւ մնալ այնտեղ:

Նախագահը խոստացավ, որ Արցախում կստեղծվեն այդ հնարավորությունները:  «Եթե խոսքը սկզբունքորեն Արցախի մասին է, դա կարելի է անել նույն ԹՈՒՄՈ կենտրոնի հիման վրա: Մենք այդ հնարավորությունը կստեղծենք»,- ասաց Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ վստահեցնելով, որ Արցախում երիտասարդները կարող են ունենալ ավելի մեծ հնարավորություններ, քան Երեւանում:
