ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարը ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից սփյուռքի մասին կոնվենցիայի ստեղծման անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում

ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարը անհրաժեշտ է համարում ՄԱԿ-ում հարց բարձրացնել՝ ընդունելու սփյուռքի մասին հռչակագիր, այնուհետև՝ սփյուռքի մասին կոնվենցիա: Կոնվենցիայի շնորհիվ սփյուռքի իրավունքներն ու կապերը կպաշտպանվեն միջազգայնորեն: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նախարարն այս մասին խոսեց հուլիսի 21-ին «Սփյուռք» ամառային դպրոցի Հայոց լեզվի արագացված ուսուցման, Հայոց լեզվի ուսուցիչների և կրթական գործի կազմակերպիչների վերապատրաստման դասընթացների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ԿԳՆ ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման դասընթացի մասնակիցների հետ կայացած հանդիպմանը:
«Հայերն ունեն աշխարհի ամենատարածված սփյուռքը՝ աշխարհի 118 երկրում: Այդ է պատճառը, որ ուզում ենք ՄԱԿ-ի առաջ հարց բարձրացնել՝ ստեղծելու աշխատանքային խումբ, որ կընդունի սփյուռքի մասին հռչակագիր ու կոնվենցիա: Այդ դեպքում՝ ոչ մի պետություն չի խախտի սփյուռքահայերի իրավունքները»,-ասաց նախարարը:
Նախարարը կարևորեց նաև սփյուռքահայերի երկքաղաքացի լինելու փաստը: Այսօր սփյուռքից մոտ 100.000 մարդ երկքաղաքացի է դարձել: «Կարծում եմ՝ այդ թիվը դեռ քիչ է: Կարևոր է հայրենիք գալ ազատորեն: Ուզում եմ, որ դուք մյուսներին օրինակ ծառայեք՝ դառնալու երկքաղաքացի»,-ասաց Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը:
Մասնակիցները դիտեցին նաև սփյուռքի նախարարության ծրագրերի ու դրանց արդյունքների մասին պատմող ֆիլմ: Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը նշեց, որ կրթական ծրագրերից բացի, նախարարությունը նաև կազմակերպում է ուսուցիչների հանդիպումներ պետական, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչների հետ: Կազմակերպվում են նաև այցելություններ տեսարժան վայրեր, թանգարաններ: Փորձի փոխանակման առումով կարևոր են նաև դպրոցներ կատարած այցերը:
Հայաստանը սփյուռքում ունի 38 համահայկական կազմակերպություն, 724 եկեղեցի, 1004 դպրոց, 34 թանգարան, 103 հայագիտական կենտրոն, 637 մշակութային կենտրոններ, իսկ 40-ից ավելի երկրներում գործում է 300-ից ավելի ԶԼՄ: Ամենաշատ կառույցներ ունենք ԱՊՀ երկրներում, Վրաստանում, Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայում, Արևելյան Եվրոպայում, Թուրքիայում: Մերձավոր և Միջին Արևելքում ունենք 104, Արևելյան Ասիայում՝ 2, Ավստրալիայում՝ 8, Աֆրիկայում՝ 6 դպրոց:
