«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«ՀՀ կառավարությունը իր երեկվա նիստում հարկային արտոնություններ տվեց անցած տարեվերջին գրանցված «Գրին ֆարմեր» անունով մի ընկերության:
Այս որոշման հմայքն այն է, որ ընկերության բաժնետերերի կազմում են ՀՀ պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանի երկու որդիները՝ Հենրիկ և Ռուբեն Հարությունյանները: Վերջիններս, իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրի տվյալների համաձայն, տիրապետում են նշված ընկերության բաժնետոմսերի 17-ական տոկոսների: Այսինքն՝ երկուսով միասին այդ ընկերության 34 տոկոսի սեփականատերերն են: Մնացած 66 տոկոսի սեփականատերը Արման Աբրահամյան անուն-ազգանունով քաղաքացի է, որի ով լինելը երեկ պարզել չկարողացանք:
Կառավարության որոշմամբ՝ «Գրին Ֆարմեր» ընկերությունը, որը Երասխում հիմնում է ինտենսիվ այգիներ և պատրաստվում է ավելի քան 2 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում իրականացնել, ազատվելու է ներկրող ապրանքների մաքսատուրքից, ինչպես նաև երեք տարով հետաձգվելու է սահմանի վրա գանձվելիք ավելացված արժեքի հարկի վճարումը:
Այլ կերպ ասած, կառավարությունը հերթական անգամ արտոնություն է սահմանում ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի հարազատներին պատկանող ընկերության համար: Մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան՝ ՀՀ պետեկամուտների կոմիտեից հաստատեցին, որ նշված ընկերության բաժնետերերը ՊԵԿ նախագահի որդիներն են: Սակայն, ըստ մեզ տրամադրած պարզաբանման, նշված բիզնեսով զբաղվելու նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները սկսված են եղել ավելի քան մեկ տարի առաջ, երբ Վարդան Հարությունյանը պետական պաշտոն դեռ չէր զբաղեցնում: Դատելով ծրագրի մասշտաբներից և բիզնեսի յուրահատկություններից, այս պնդումը համոզիչ է թվում:
Նշենք, որ Վարդան Հարությունյանի որդիների մասնակցությամբ այս ընկերությունը Կոտայքի մարզում կառուցում է մեծ ջերմոց, որտեղ ներդրումների ծավալը կազմում է շուրջ 12 միլիոն դոլար: Դրա շինարարությունը մոտենում է ավարտին: Այս կառույցի համար սահմանված հարկային արտոնությունների վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթեր կառավարության պահոցներում չհայտնաբերեցինք»:
