Ինչպես գիտեք, ամռանը բարձրանում է վարակիչ հիվանդությունների և սննդային թունավորումների առաջացման վտանգը, ինչն ուղիղ կապ ունի օդի՝ բարձր ջերմային ֆոնի մեջ գտնվելու հետ:
 
ԱԻՆ Հիդրոմետ ծառայության Օդերևութաբանության կենտրոնի պետ Գագիկ Սուրենյանն էլ իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում մյուս կողմից է կրակին յուղ լցնում՝ ֆեյսբուքահայությանը տեղեկացնելով ջերմաստիճանի սպասվող բարձրացման մասին: Ինչևէ, նա միայն տեղեկացնում է և ջերմաստիճանի կառավարման վահանակը բնավ էլ նրա ձեռքերում չէ: Չնայած, որ շատերը նախընտրում են եղանակի փոփոխության մասին առհասարակ չիմանալ, ասել է թե՝ ջայլամի դերում հայտնվել. չենք լսել, չենք տեսել, մեզ չի վերաբերվում:
 
Սակայն բարձր ջերմաստիճանից չես փախչի: Ըստ Սուրենյանի՝ հուլիսի 22–26–ը հանրապետությունում սպասվում է բարձր ջերմային ֆոն: Երևանում, Արարատյան դաշտում և Սյունիքի հովիտներում ցերեկը կանխատեսվում է մինչև +38...+40 աստիճան տաքություն և բարձր կարգի հրդեհավտանգ իրավիճակ: «Օդի միջին օրական ջերմաստիճանն այդ օրերին բարձր կլինի նորմայից 5–7 աստիճանով: Ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթման ինդեքսը կանխատեսվում է 6, որի դեպքում խորհուրդ է տրվում ժամը 11:00–ից 15:00–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում խուսափել արեգակի ուղիղ ճառագայթներից»,– գրել էր օդերևութաբանը:
 
Մի կողմից նա խորհուրդ չի տալիս ցերեկային ժամերին տնից դուրս գալ, մյուս կողմից էլ Առողջապահության նախարարությունն է զգուշացնում՝ այս օրերին խուսափել դրսում սնվելուց:
 
«Շոգ եղանակին նպաստավոր պայմաններ են ստեղծվում վարակիչ հիվանդություններ փոխանցողների բազմացման և արտաքին միջավայրում պահպանման համար: Միաժամանակ, սննդային թունավորումների առաջացման տեսանկյունից վտանգավոր է արագ փչացող, պահպանման և իրացման համար հատուկ պայմաններ պահանջող սննդամթերքի բացօթյա պայմաններում և այդ նպատակի համար չնախատեսված վայրերում վաճառքի իրականացումը»,– կարդում ենք նախարարության պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ:
 
Ըստ այդմ, առավել բարձր ռիսկի գործոն է սննդամթերքի բացօթյա պատրաստումը և վաճառքը, որի դեպքում չի բացառվում սննդամթերքի մանրէային երկրորդային աղտոտումը, ինչը կարող է աղիքային վարակիչ հիվանդությունների (դիզենտերիա, սալմոնելոզ, շիգելոզ, իերսինիոզ և այլն) և սննդային թունավորումների առաջացման ու տարածման պատճառ դառնալ: Մասնագետները հորդորում են չգնել արտաքին միջավայրի գործոնների՝ արևի ճառագայթների և մթնոլորտային տեղումների, ինչպես նաև փոշու, ավտոտրանսպորտի արտանետումների անմիջական ազդեցության ներքո գտնվող մայրուղիներում, փողոցներում, բնակելի շենքերի բակերում բացօթյա պայմաններում պատրաստվող և վաճառվող, պատրաստման և պահպանման հատուկ պայմաններ պահանջող սննդամթերք` միս–մսամթերք, կաթ–կաթնամթերք, կրեմային հրուշակեղեն, ձու, ձկնեղեն, թարմ ձկնկիթ, պահածոյացված սննդատեսակներ, կարկանդակ, փքաբլիթ, խորոված, քաբաբ և այլն: Սրան գումարած ընդհանրապես բացառել կրեմային հրուշակեղենի օգտագործումը, չգնել տեղում պատրաստվող լցնովի փափուկ պաղպաղակ, զովացուցիչ ըմպելիք, կվաս, թարմ մրգերից պատրաստվող հյութեր:
 
Եթե մարդիկ հետևեն այս հորդորներին, ապա մի շարք տնտեսվարողներ զգալի կորուստներ կկրեն: Երևի թե ոչ մեկի համար էլ գաղտնիք չէ, որ այս պահին Երևանի գրեթե բոլոր անկյուններում նման սննդի կետեր կան և մարդիկ դրանցից օգտվում են:
