Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների օրակարգը պետք է մաքսիմալ զերծ պահել արհեստական հարցադրումներից: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հուլիսի 22-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում ռուսերենին պետական լեզվի կարգավիճակ տալու մասին քննարկումներին:

«Այս տեսակետից լեզվաքաղաքականության հետ կապված Հայաստանն անկախությունից ի վեր որդեգրել է շատ հստակ քաղաքականություն: Այդ քաղաքականությունը չի փոփոխվել և չի փոփոխվելու, դա հստակ է»,- նշեց Աշոտյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանում կա միտումը, ըստ որի, այդ երկիրը նախկին ԽՍՀՄ երկրներում իրենց հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի պահպանման առումով, մասնավորապես Ղազախստանում, Ղրղզստանում, Բելառուսում և այլուր, վարում է որոշակի լեզվական քաղաքականություն:

«Հայաստանում նման խնդիր անգամ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի լեզվական խարտիայով չկա: Այս տեսակետից ևս խնդրին անդրադառնալու իրավական և քաղաքական պատճառներ չկան: Պետական, սահմանադրական կարգավիճակի հետ կապված հարցը փակված է, կարծում եմ, շահարկումների տեղ չպետք է ունենանք, սակայն լեզվաիմացության հետ կապված լինի դա անգլերենը, թե ռուսերենը, բոլորն էլ, հատկապես երիտասարդները պետք է շատ մոտիվացված լինեն»,- ասաց ԱԺ պատգամավորը:

Մամուլում նշված խնդրի շուրջ քննարկումների ծավալման ընթացքում Աշոտյանը հետաքրքրությամբ հետևել է նաև ադրբեջանական և ուկրաինական լրատվամիջոցների արձագանքներին:

«Ադրբեջանական մամուլը մեր դիրքորոշումը փորձում էր ներկայացնել որպես հակառուսականության արտահայտություն, իսկ ուկրաինական հատվածն օգտագործում էր այս առիթը մի քիչ այլ տեսանկյունից, որ թե հայերը պատվով դուրս եկան և ճիշտ պատասխան տվեցին ռուսներին: Հայկական քաղաքական միտքը պետք է առաջնորդվի սեփական շահերով և տուրք չտա այլոց»,- ամփոփեց ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահը:

Պետդումայի խոսնակ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինը հուլիսի 17-ին հայտարարել էր, որ Ռուսաստանում հայկական վարորդական իրավունքների հարցը լուծելու համար Հայաստանի իշխանություններին առաջարկում է ռուսերենին պետական լեզվի կարգավիճակ տալ: Այդ հարցին արձագանել էր և ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը, և Արմեն Աշոտյանը՝ նշելով, որ ռուսաց լեզվի սահմանադրական կարգավիճակի հարց Հայաստանի օրակարգում չկա եւ չի նախատեսվում:
