ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսը հրապարակել է հակառուսական պատժամիջոցների փաստաթուղթը

ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի կայքում հրապարակվել է Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցների հարցով օրինագիծը, որի շուրջ քվերակությունը Ներկայացուցիչների պալատում կկայանա հուլիսի 25-ին:
Ինչպես ներկայացնում է РИА Новости-ն, փաստաթուղթն ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի ստորին պալատ է ուղարկվել հուլիսի 12-ին` վերին պալատում ներկայացվելուց մեկ ամիս անց: Հունիսի 15-ին Սենատը հաստատել է այն:
Օրինագիծը, մասնավորապես, առաջարկում է կրճատել պատժամիջոցների տակ հայտնված ռուսական բանկերի շուկայական ֆինանսավորման առավելագույն ժամկետը մինչև 14 օր, իսկ նավթագազային հատվածի ընկերություններինը` մինչև 30 օր:
Փաստաթուղթը ենթադրում է նաև, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահը կարող է պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել այն անձանց նկատմամբ, որոնք մտադիր են տարեկան 5 մլն դոլարից ավելի կամ միաժամանակյա մեկ մլն դոլարի ներդրում անել ռուսական արտահանման գազամուղների կառուցման գործում:
