Դատական համակարգի նկատմամբ քաղաքացիների վստահությունն աճել է, ինչի մասին խոսում է քաղաքացիական հայցերի քանակը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am—ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Կարեն Փոլադյանը։

«Ընդհանրապես դատարաններում քաղաքական գործընթացներ չեն իրականացվում, ինչ վերաբերում է անկախ լինել–չլինելուն, ես փորձեմ այլ տեսանկյունից հարցին պատասխանել։ Գնալով բարձրանում է հասարակության վստահությունը դատական համակարգի նկատմամբ, ինչի մասին խոսում է դատական վիճակագրությունը։ 2013 թվականին Հայաստանի դատարաններում ստացել ենք 45 հազար քաղաքացիական գործ, 2014–ին՝ 87 հազար, 2018–ին՝ 117 հազար, 2016–ին՝ 132 հազար եւ այսօրվա դրությամբ 100 հազարից ավել է քանակը»,–թվարկել է Կարեն Փոլադյանը։

Մեր դիտարկմանը, որ քաղաքացիական հայցերի աճի ցուցանիշը կարող է նաեւ պայմանավորված լինել Հայաստանում աճող անարդարությամբ, ինչի մասին խոսում է Հայաստանի դեմ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան ներկայացված հայտերի մեծ քանակը, Փոլադյանը հակադարձեց՝ մատնացույց անելով ՄԻԵԴ կայացրած վճիռների համեմատաբար փոքրաթիվ լինելը։

«ՄԻԵԴ–ը Հայաստանի դեմ անընդհատ չի կայացնում վճիռ, եթե նայեք  կովկասյան տարածաշրջանի երկրների վերաբերյալ կայացրած դատական ակտերը, այդ թվում նաեւ Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ, այս պահին թվերը կոնկրետ չեմ կարող ասել, քանի որ ձեռքիս տակ չկան, բայց Հայաստանը գտնվում է ամենավերջին տեղում իր դեմ կայացած ակտերի թվով, ինչպես նաեւ վճիռների արդյունքում տրամադրած գումարների չափով»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախօրեին հայտնի փաստաբան Վահե Գրիգորյանը հրապարակել էր վիճակագրություն, ըստ որի Հայաստանը ՄԻԵԴ մասնակից եւ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի անդամ 47 պետությունների շարքում ներկայացված բողոքների թվով զբաղեցնում է 9-րդ տեղը։ 2017թ․ հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ Հայաստանի դեմ ներկայացված եւ ՄԻԵԴ-ում լուծման սպասող բողոքների թիվը 1817 է։
