Տղամարդը դատապարտվեց 5.5 տարվա ազատազրկման. ծեծել է ընկերոջը՝ իր ընկերուհու կողքին պառկած տեսնելով

Խանդի հողի վրա ընկերոջը ծեծի ենթարկելու մեջ մեղադրվող Արտուշ Շախկուլյանը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել եւ դատապարտվել 5 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման: 29-ամյա Արտուշ Շախկուլյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել տուժողի առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ ծանր վնաս հասցնելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Ըստ դատական ակտի՝ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 22-ին, ժամը 22-ի սահմաններում Արտուշն իր ընկերուհու հետ զբոսնել է Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի թաղապետարանի մոտ գտնվող այգում: Այնտեղ Արտուշը պատահական հանդիպել է իր ծանոթ Համբարձումին, նրան հրավիրել է իր վարձակալած տուն՝ ժամանակ անցկացնելու: Տանը Արտուշը, նրա ընկերուհին ու Համբարձումը միասին խմել են մոտ 1.5 լիտր օղի: Բայց հյուրընկալության ամբողջ ընթացքում Արտուշը զգացել է, որ Համբարձումը սիրահետում է ընկերուհուն: Որոշ ժամանակ անց ընկերուհին հայտարարել է, թե լավ չի զգում, ու գնացել է ննջասենյակ՝ քնելու: Արտուշն էլ ասել է, թե օղին վերջացել է, գնում է խանութ՝ օղի գնելու:
Նա տնից դուրս է եկել, բայց խանութ չի գնացել, այլ մի քանի րոպե անց անսպասելի վերադարձել է տուն: Տեսել է, որ Համբարձումը հյուրասենյակում չէ: Գնացել է ննջասենյակ ու տեսել, որ Համբարձումը պառկել է իր ընկերուհու կողքին ու արձակում է վերնաշապիկի կոճակները: Արտուշ Շախկուլյանը զայրացել ու Համբարձումին քաշելով դուրս է բերել բակ, հարցրել է, թե ի՞նչ էր անում իր ընկերուհու կողքին պառկած, ապտակել ու հայհոյել է, ինչին ի պատասխան՝ Համբարձումը նույնպես հայհոյել է: Արտուշը սկսել է ոտքերով ու ձեռքերով հարվածներ հասցնել Համբարձումին: Ծեծի հետեւանքով Համբարձումի մոտ առաջացրել է թոքի սալջարդ, դեմքի շրջանում վնասվածքներ: Ականատեսները շտապօգնություն են կանչել, Համբարձումը տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց, նրա կյանքը փրկվել է:
