Ախալքալաքում ընտանեկան բռնության զոհերի համար կենտրոն է բացվել. «Կանանց ծեծում են ամուսինների ծնողները» (ֆոտո)

Ախալքալաքում բացվել է ճգնաժամային կենտրոն, որտեղ կարող են 3 օրով ապաստանել ընտանեկան բռնությունից տուժած, կանայք եւ երեխաները:

Jnews.ge-ի փոխանցմամբ, կենտրոնում կանանց օգնում են հոգեբանական եւ իրավաբանական խորհրդատվությամբ, տալիս որոշակի գիտելիքներ, որպեսզի կանայք իրենց համար աշխատանք գտնեն:

Սովորական տեսքով տունը Նալբանդյան փողոցում` մի նոր երեւույթ է Ախալքալաքի համար: Քաղաքում, որտեղ սովորաբար չեն խոսում ընտանեկան բռնությունից, այսօր բացվել է բռնությունից տուժածների ճգնաժամային կենտրոն:

«Ոչ ընտանեկան բռնությանը» նախագծի բացման արարողությանը, բացի հիմնական աշխատակազմի եւ կամավորների, մասնակցել են նաեւ ոչ պետական եւ իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններ, ինչպես նաեւ Նինոծմինդայի շրջանի տեղի իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչները: Ախալքալաքի շրջանի ներկայացուցիչները բացակայում էին:

«Ոչ ընտանեկան բռնության» նախագծի հիմնական նպատակն է գիտելիքների եւ իրազեկության բարձրացումը, արդյունավետ պայքար ընդդեմ ընտանեկան բռնության: Բացի այդ, բռնությունից տուժած կանանց եւ երեխաների պաշտպանությունը եւ աջակցությունը:

Խորհրդատվական կենտրոններ այս նախագծով բացվել են ոչ միայն Ախալքալաքում եւ Նինոծմինդայում, այլեւ Քվեմո-Քարթլի տարածաշրջանում եւ Սամցխե-Ջավախքի այլ քաղաքներում: Այս նախագիծը ֆինանսավորվում է Եվրամիության կողմից 375 000 եվրոյի չափով: Անձնակազմի թիվը՝ 60 մարդ, նրանցից 5-ը համակարգողներն են։

Տունը, որտեղ գտնվում է ճգնաժամային կենտրոնը, բաղկացած է 4 սենյակներից եւ խոհանոցից: Կենտրոնի սենյակներից մեկում կարող է ապաստանել ճգնաժամային իրավիճակի դեպքում 3 օրով, տուժողը կարող է օգտվել խոհանոցից: Սենյակը ունի ամեն անհրաժեշտ պարագաները տուժողի եւ երեխաների համար. մահճակալ, մանկական մահճակալ եւ խաղալիքներ: Բռնության զոհերը նաեւ կարող են ստանալ իրավական եւ հոգեբանական աջակցություն:

Որպեսզի կանայք տնտեսապես կախված չլինեն մյուսներից, այստեղ բացվել է անգլերենի, կոսմետոլոգիայի եւ հաշվապահական դասընթացներ: Եթե անհրաժեշտ լինի նրանց հետ կաշխատեն բժիշկներ, հոգեբաններ եւ իրավաբաններ:

Ըստ հեղինակի, եւ նախագծի հիմնական համակարգող Ալլա Բեժենցեւայի, նրանք երկար են քայլել դեպի այս նախագծի իրականացմանը:

«Երկար ժամանակ փորձում էինք իրականացնել այդ նախագիծը, անցկացնում էինք ուսումնասիրություններ: Ուսումնասիրությունները պարզել են, որ առաջին տեղում տնտեսական բռնություններն են: Տնտեսական իրավիճակի, փողի պակասի պատճառով ամենից հաճախ են տեղի ունենում ընտանեկան բռնություններ: Երբ ամուսինները մեկնում են արտագնա աշխատանքի, բախումներ են լինում ամուսինների ծնողների հետ։ Հաճախ տղամարդիկ մոռանում են, նույնիսկ գումար ուղարկել, եւ ֆինանսական խնդիրները գլուխ են բարձրացնում։ Ամուսնու ծնողների կողմից սկսվում է պատիժ, ծեծ, շփվելու արգելք եւ այլն», – ասում է Ալլա Բեժենցեւան:

Ըստ նրա, այն տեղերում, որտեղ նախագծով բացվել են խորհրդատվական կենտրոններ, աղջիկները չեն ավարտում դպրոցը: Սակայն, Ախալքալաքում իրավիճակն այլ է:

«Շատ զարմացած էի, որ դպրոցներում աղջիկների շատ փոքր տոկոսն է շարունակում ուսումը 9-րդ դասարանից հետո: Բայց Ախալքալաքում, իրավիճակն այլ է: Աղջիկների մեծամասնությունը ավարտում է 12-րդ դասարանը եւ ստանում ատեստատ: Այստեղ ես տեսնում եմ, որ աղջիկները ավելի ակտիվ են: Ես չէի կարծում, որ հատկապես անհրաժեշտ է պաշտպանել ամուսնալուծված կանանց: Նրանք դառնում են հասարակության վտարանդիներ», – ասում է Ալլա Բեժենցեւան:
