Վահան Մարտիրոսյանն այցելել է Գեղարքունիքի և Տավուշի մարզեր

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը «Հայավտոճան տնօրինություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Աշոտ Արշակյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Գեղարքունիքի և Տավուշի մարզեր` հետևելու մի շարք ճանապարհահատվածներում ընթացող շինարարական ու բարեկարգման աշխատանքների ընթացքին։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, Երևան-Սևան միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի` Հրազդան քաղաքին հարող կամուրջը նախագծվել և կառուցվել է 1960-ական թվականների վերջերին, ընդհանուր երկարությունը 29.5 մ է:
Մինչև վերջերս կամուրջը վթարային վիճակում էր: 2016-ից սկսվեցին հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքներ:
Շինարարության պատասխանատու «Հրազդան ՃՇՇՁ» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը նախարարին ներկայացրեց կատարված աշխատանքն ու առաջիկա անելիքները։
Կամուրջը վերանորոգվում է առկա կառույցի աշխատանքային սխեման պահպանելով: Ձախակողմյան մասի հիմնանորոգումն ավարտվել է, այժմ աշխատանքներն ընթանում են ճանապարհի աջ հատվածում:
Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը, դիտարկելով շինարարության մասին զգուշացնող ճանապարհային նշանները, նկատեց, որ կահավորումը թերի է, և հանձնարարեց ավելացնել անվտանգության ևս մի քանի նշան՝ պատահարներից խուսափելու համար։
Ոսկեպար - Նոյեմբերյան միջպետական ավտոճանապարհին փոսային նորոգման աշխատանքներ են կատարվում։ Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի հիմնանորոգման և փակ լինելու հետևանքով երթևեկությունն այս ճանապարհին կրկնակի ծանրաբեռնված է:
Մարդատար և ծանրաքաշ մեքենաների մեծ հոսքն ավելացնում է ճանապարհի մաշվածությունը, ինչի հետևանքով այս տարի փոսային կրկնակի նորոգման կարիք առաջացավ:
Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանի ավտոճանապարհը սպասարկող ճանշինի ղեկավար Ֆլորա Անտոնյանը ընդգծեց, որ փոսալցման աշխատանքները բարելավում են ճանապարհի վիճակը, սակայն արդեն 15 տարուց ավելի է՝ այստեղ հիմնանորոգում չի կատարվել, արդեն կան խիստ քայքայված հատվածներ, որոնք հիմնանորոգման կարիք ունեն:
Նախարարի այցի նպատակը հենց այդ՝ առավել քայքայված հատվածներն ուսումնասիրելն էր՝ դրանց հիմնանորոգումը եկող տարվա ճանապարհաշինական ծրագրերում ներառելու նպատակով:
Շրջայցի ընթացքում նախարարը դիտարկեց նաև Երևան-Սևան-Իջևան ավտոճանապարհի` անվտանգության նշաններով կահավորումը և ճանապարհամերձ հատվածների մաքրությունն ու խնամքը:
Նա «Հայավտոճան տնօրինություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենին հանձնարարեց սպասարկող ընկերությունների ուշադրությունն ու ամենօրյա հսկողությունն ուղղել նաև այդ աշխատանքների վրա, ավտոճանապարհի մերձակայքը մաքրել աղբից, խնամել ճանապարհաբաժան կանաչ գոտիները:
