6. Գիշերը 12-ից հետո բոլոր նամակների 90%-ն արգելքի տակ է, ՆՐԱ մոտ պետք է տպավորություն լինի, որ դուք 12-ից հետո քնած եք լինում, անգամ եթե դա իրականում այդպես չէ:

8. Նամակագրությանն օրական հատկացրեք ոչ ավելի, քան 20 րոպե, թող նա ժամանակ գտնի ձեզ հետ բնականից հանդիպելու:
