Հայաստանում հանգստի կազմակերպումը տարիներ շարունակ մնացել է քրոնիկ հարց, և պատճառը ոչ միայն ծառայությունների անբավարար որակն է և ենթակառուցվածքների բացակայությունը, այլև՝ հայաստանցիների մենթալիտետը:
Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում իր մասնագիտական կարծիքը հայտնեց «Մարքեթինգի հայկական ասոցիացիա» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Արամ Նավասարդյանը:
«Մեր՝ հայերիս մոտ հանգիստն ասոցացվում է՝ գնալ խորոված անել, ուտել: Մինչդեռ մարդիկ պետք է հասկանան, որ ակտիվ հանգիստ է պետք, այսինքն՝ գնալ, զբոսնել, սարեր բարձրանալ, հեծանիվ քշել. ոչ թե գնան, գտնեն ինչ-որ ափ կամ անտառում նստեն ծառերի կողքը, խորոված անեն, ուտեն»,-ասում է մարքեթոլոգը:
Հիմնվելով ՀԿ-ի տարբեր ծրագրերի շրջանակում իրականացված փորձագիտական խորհրդատվական ծրագրերի տվյալների վերլուծության վրա՝ Արամ Նավասարդյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանում հանգստի հիմնական խնդիրը տրամադրված գումարի և դրա դիմաց ստացված ծառայությունների անհամաչափությունն է:
«Այսինքն՝ այն գումարների դիմաց, որ ծախսվում են այստեղ՝ Հայաստանում ներքին տուրիզմի համար, ստացված ծառայությունները դիտարկվում են ոչ բավարար են: Դիցուք իրենք ծախսեցին 100 դոլար, դրա դիմաց ստացվող ծառայության որակը իրենց չի բավարարում: Դրա համար էլ ունենք մարդիկ, որոնք մեկնում են հարևան Վրաստան կամ նաև արտերկիր՝ իրենց հանգիստը կազմակերպելու համար: Եվ այս առումով Վրաստանն ամենալավ օրինակն է, երբ նույն բյուջեի մեջ մարդիկ ավելի լավ կարողանում են իրենց հանգիստը կազմակերպել 700 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա, քան 60՝ Սևանում՝ հաշվի առնելով ճանապարհածախսը»,-ասաց Արամ Նավասարդյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ սրա հիմնական պատճառներից մեկն այն է, որ միջին գնային սեգմենտի համար ծառայություններ իրականում մշակված չեն, իսկ Սևանի ափին գտնվող տարբեր հաստատությունների (տնակներ, հանգստյան տներ, իջևանատներ, հյուրանոցներ) կողմից մատուցվող ծառայությունները, փորձագետի ձևակերպմամբ, սահմանափակվում են տեղի համար գումար վերցնելով և տաղավարների ու զուգարանների տրամադրմամբ: Այսինքն՝ հանգստի համար հավելյալ այլ ստրուկտուրա չկա. չկան մաքրված ափեր, փրկարար ծառայություններ, չկան էժան սեգմենտի համար նախատեսված խորտկարաններ, որտեղ 5000-7000 դրամի սահմաններում մարդիկ կարողանան երկու-երեք հոգով կարողանան ընթրել կամ ճաշել»:
Սա է, ըստ փորձագետի, հիմնական պատճառը, որ մարդիկ Հայաստանում հանգստից ոչ բավարարված են լինում:
Նշենք, որ համաձայն ուսումնասիրությունների՝ մարդկանց 80%-ը արձակուրդի ժամանակ ծախսում են ավելի գումար, քան իրականում կարծում էին, թե կծախսեն:
