«Ժառանգություն» կուսակցությունն իր մտահոգությունն է արտահայտում Հայաստանում բազմամիլիարդ էներգետիկ ներդրումների վերաբերյալ ԱՄՆ եւ Եվրամիության պաշտոնյաների կողմից արված առաջարկների հանդեպ` Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կրավորական կեցվածքի կապակցությամբ:
 
- Էներգետիկ անկախությունը ժամանակակից աշխարհում պետության իրական անկախության բաղադրիչներից է, տնտեսական զարգացման հիմնական տարրը, ինչպես նաեւ ժողովրդի սոցիալ-տնտեսական բարօրության մասը։
 
- Հայաստանում կան էներգետիկ այլնտրանքային աղբյուրների բազմազանության հնարավորություններ՝ ի դեմս Իրանից էներգակիրների ներմուծումից, մինչեւ վերականգնվող էներգիայի տեղական արտադրություն։
 
- ԱՄՆ եւ Եվրամիության պաշտոնական հայտարարությունները Հայաստանի էներգետիկայի ոլորտում բազմամիլիարդ ներդրումների հնարավորության մասին ոչ միայն Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անկախությունն ապահովելու երաշխիք են, այլեւ հզոր միջոց՝ տնտեսության զարգացման համար։
 
- Ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ հիմա անընդունելի ենք համարում 2013 թվականի Հայ-ռուսական գազային պայմանագիրը՝ այն որպես արգելանք դիտելով Հայաստանի էներգետիկ զարգացմանը:
 
Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալը՝ «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցությունը հայտարարում է.
 
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պետք է՝
 
Չեղյալ հայտարարի 2013 թվականին կնքած Հայ-ռուսական գազային հակապետական պայմանագիրը:
 
Իրավական եւ գործնական բոլոր քայլերն իրականացնի էներգետիկայի եւ մյուս բոլոր ոլորտներում ներդրումներ ապահովելու եւ պետության անկախության, ինքնիշխանության ամրապնդման համար:
