«Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում ձերբակալված հայազգի բարերար Լևոն Հայարապետյանն ունի այնպիսի հիվանդություններ, որոնք անհամատեղելի են պատժի կրման հետ: Անձամբ ծանոթացել եմ նրա հիվանդությունների ցանկին, որոնք համապատասխանում են ռուսական կառավարության կողմից հաստատված պատժի կրման հետ անհամատեղելի հիվանդությունների ցանկի հետ, ուստի՝ այդ մասով նա պետք է ազատ արձակվի կալանավայրից կամ տեղափոխվի քաղաքային հիվանդանոց»,-այս մասին այսօր ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց փաստաբան Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանը:

Անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, որ Լևոն Հայրապետյանի դեմ ցուցմունք տված Իզմեստեւի մայրը ներում շնորհելու հարցով դիմել է ՌԴ նախագահին, և հնարավոր է, որ Իզմեստեւին շուտով ազատ արձակեն, փաստաբանն ասաց. «Դա նորմալ երևույթ է, պետք չէ դրանում անօրինական բան փնտրել: Կա օրենքով ամրագրված կետ, որը կոչվում է գործած մեղքի հետք: Այս օրենքը գործում է Վրաստանում, ԱՄՆ-ում, երբ մարդը օգնում է իրավապահներին  և ազատվում է կալանավորումից»:

Հարցին՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակում ինչպիսի՞ քայլեր պետք է ձեռնարկի Հայաստանը հայազգի բարերարին աջակցելու համար, Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանը պատասխանեց. «Սա Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հարցն է, սա քաղաքականության խնդիր է, ավելին ասեմ՝ Հայրապետյանի հարցը կարող են լուծել միայն Սերժ Սարգսյանն ու Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, դատական համակարգն այստեղ անելիք չունի: Նախագահները պետք է կամք դրսևորեն Լևոն Հայրապետյանին օգնելու  համար, ինչը, սակայն, չեն անում, թեև հաշվի առնելով այն ահռելի բարեգործությունը, որ նա է արել, կարծում եմ՝ պետք է կամք դրսևորեն և Հայրապետյանի գործով զբաղվեն: Լևոն Հայրապետյանը առողջական այնպիսի վատ վիճակում է, որ պետք է շատ արագ նրա խափանման միջոոցը փոխվի»,-նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը: 

Հիշեցնենք, որ ռուսաստանաբնակ հայազգի գործարար, բարերար Լևոն Հայրապետյանը շարունակում է Մոսկվայի Բուտիրսկայա բանտում մնալ կալանքի տակ, չնայած ունի պատժի կրման հետ անհամատեղելի այնպիսի հիվանդություններ, որոնք հաստատված են ՌԴ Կառավարության որոշմամբ:
